The unit is an updated 2bd/2ba condo in a boutique building on millionaire's row, and has Travertine marble step-in showers, bamboo flooring, stainless steal appliances, wifi, premium cable, and breathtaking views from every room and the balcony.

The building has a 24/7 concierge & security, plus a bayside pool and sun terrace with grill. Use the assigned, covered parking, with additional guest parking available. No smoking (not even on the balcony). No pets.

Minimum one month stay; longer preferred.

Note: Master bedroom has a king size bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. So the apartment comfortably sleeps 4.

We stayed in this unit for the second time this year for 30 days. We enjoy it so much we have reserved again for next year.

The Unit is very clean and tastefully decorated. Well stocked with everything you need.

We use easily accessed transportation, either the bus or free trolley service right outside the door. It’s right across the street from the ocean with easy access but the view on the canal off the balcony offers a beautiful sunset, kayakers and scullers most mornings and in February you can watch all the boats and yachts arrive and depart from the boat show - quite a site!

One of our favorite restaurants is in a residential unit nearby, has just a few tables but very good. L’Edito (French)

Also recommend El Rancho Grande, Georges, Prima Pasta, and Fifi in the area. The Tavern is good but very slow service. Great bar for drinks at the nearby Hilton. And south beach we would recommend Dolci, Paul, and for pizza - Spris.

Charles is a wonderful host and we couldn’t recommend this unit more highly. We are already looking forward to next year.

Independence Day getaway with an 180 degree view!

Truly, we were made to feel very special by the owners welcome gifts! They connected with us at check-in and were available throughout our stay.

The rental was very inviting and offered choice amenities (i.e. Wifi, Netflix, cable, local guide books, etc). The space was very clean and adorned with very fresh and bright linens. The kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances and every gadget we needed.

Location, location, location...we were thoroughly pleased with the its beach and pool access.

All-in-all, it was a very pleasurable stay and we have recommended this property to our family and friends!
