Beautiful apartment with sea view, pool, ideal for a family

Luxury apartment 100 sqm, fully equipped, located in a very peaceful area next to 3 different beaches and fresh air filled with the fragrance of pine trees.

Ideal for couples and families who would like to enjoy Mallorca in all seasons.

The apartment has superb view, is located in a very quiet place but very close to all Santa Ponça activity and only 15 minutes away by car from cosmopolitan Palma city - capital of the Island Mallorca.

The most comfortable capacity for apartment is 4 persons, but maximum is 6 guests (1 double sofa is in the open hall area).

Size of the whole apartment about 100 metres. It has very big living room with kitchen area and terrace/dining hall which you can open and enjoy the view and fresh air filled with the fragrance of pine trees, 2 bedrooms with closets, balcony, bathroom.

Kitchen: all necessary for cooking plates, pans, glasses etc, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, huge fridge.

Living room: big sofa (2 people can sleep), Smart TV 48", High speed Internet WIFI, nice modern climate system, huge terrace with dining table and the view to the sea and mountains, entrance to the balcony.

Master bedroom: one double bed, sheets, walk in wardrobe, aircon, second entrance to the balcony with window and mountains view.

Second bedroom: two twin beds, sheets, closet, big window, heating fan.

Bathroom: jacuzzi, sink, mirror, toilet, soap and shampoo, towels, washing machine (sometimes it's don't wringing laundry which going to be fixed in June 2015 ), iron and board, boiler.

Access to community pool and garden.

Please do not make noise after 22:00 as community is really quiet.

I will meet you upon arrival and be available on phone/whatsapp/email during your stay.

I do speak English, Russian and understand very little of Spanish and Português.

The building is located in small peninsula at Santa Ponça/Costa de la Calma area, therefore it does not have traffic on the streets. In 3-5 minutes of walking distance you will reach impressive rock beaches all around the peninsula and posh villas of Costa de la Calma area. Surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, but you can get buy foot in 10-15 minutes to lively Santa Ponca main sandy beach, bars, restaurants, shops, nightlife nearby. Closest supermarket in 3 min walking distance.

Right next to apartment (3 minutes walking) main entertainment square for families with every evening concerts, animation, restaurants, souvenir shops, fairy with a lot of fun gaming machines for kids and adults (available at high season). With open windows you may hear light sounds of music from this square in the evening usually from 21:00 until 23:00.

There is bus and taxi stop near the apartment, but the best way is to arrive and travel over Mallorca island by car which you can rent right at the airport or even in Santa Ponca town.

How to get by bus from Airport: 1) Take bus #1 in direction to "Port", take off at "12-Can Barberà" in Palma city; 2) Walk to "Av. Gabriel Roca, 40" less than 1 min and take bus #111 in direction to "Costa de la Calma", take off at "Carrer de Santa Ponça, 20" and walk to the apartment about 5 min.

There are always a lot of free parking space around the apartment on the streets.

House rules:

Please respect neighbors, guests must keep calm 22:00 - 9:00.

No smoking in the apartment.

No parties allowed in the apartment and condo area at any time.

No pets please.

Please save the energy and hot water. Air conditioner must be turned off if any window is open or there is no people inside the apartment.

In case of the keys lost guests must pay 80 euro. Please don't leave keys into keyhole inside of apartment because door can't be open from outside. Service for opening the door must be paid by guests according the price of the master.

Please keep apartment clean. Guest must clean the dishes (you may use dishwasher) and take out trash before checking out time, over-wise there is additional fee of 50 euro must be paid.

Apartment and property damage and/or injury caused in the third party by guests/visitors must be compensated by guests in accordance with the value of the damage.

Internet access is forbidden to use for uploading, downloading, or viewing anything illegally or any other illegal activities.

Check in time 14:00 if there is no guests a day before we can agree about early check in. Late check in is available for a fee: after 21:00 20 euro, after 23:00 50 euro.

Rates are subject additional 24% tax which is not included to shown on this web page price.
