Don't settle for a view, we are directly on the Gulf. Third floor of 3-story building, Unit 316-A. Sit on the balcony with a panoramic direct view of the beach and ocean. Steps from the beach without the crowds of a high rise. Two bedroom loft with a King (master), Queen (loft), two twins (off back of loft area) and Queen size sofa bed. Two stories with private master. Flat screen tv's, WiFi, well equipped kitchen, stack washer and dryer and much more. Professionally decorated and well maintained, the exterior complex recently remodeled and always well maintained. Elevator located at center of the building along with luggage carts for easier in and out for the guests.

Located conveniently on the west end of Scenic Hwy 98 close to shopping, movie theater, outdoor mall and restaurants. Easy access to Emerald Coast Parkway and to Bay Bridge when arriving and departing.

Great Location

We have stayed at this property for the past ten years. You can not beat the location!! This condo had a well stocked kitchen and enough beds for us to spread out. I am very close to giving it a 5 star rating but a couple of things need to be addressed ( the stove did not cook even, the refrigerator needed to be cleaned)

Crystal Sands

We love staying at Crystal Sands and this unit did not disappoint. The unit is decorated nicely and had everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. The kitchen is nicely stocked to help if you plan on cooking meals. There weren’t very many towels in the unit but there is a washer and dryer which is wonderful so you can do laundry as needed. Lori the property owner was so easy to communicate with. The beach service guys were very helpful and nice as well. The location of the condo is great to get to all the places we enjoy going to and as usual the beach was absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Been going to the beach for many years and this unit has it all, directly on the beach, and location, location , location!! On the west end of old 98 so is convenient to everything. Professionally decorated.

Why they chose this property

This unit is directly on the beach. Not across the street with a view or angled where you have to lean out to see the water, but right on the sand! Panoramic views of the whole gulf! Its beautiful!

What makes this property unique

Flat screen TV's, Blu Ray players, WiFi, stereo, beautiful views of the beach and ocean, sleeps 8 with two bedrooms and a loft. Close to the outlet mall and the most beautiful beach in the world!! This complex is family friendly without the inconveniences of a high rise. 3 Floors, elevator down and a short walk through the breezeway and you are at the beach. No long walks to take the kids up for lunch, no hike to the parking lot when it is time to go to dinner.
