Very comfortable & laid back! I wish I could give it 10 stars!

My sister & nieces and I recently stayed here during ACL weekend 2 and we were VERY happy with our stay! The condo was very clean and cozy, PLENTY of space and the owner was VERY nice and flexible with our checkout. When other property owners wanted to hike up the price because of ACL weekend, Shane didn't and gave us a very good deal! It was near many resturants and not far from Zilker Park. We would DEFINITELY stay here again! I recommend you stay here the next time you're in Austin!

Great property!

This place worked out great, there were four of us and we fit comfortably with room to spare. This place was outfitted with everything you need including everything for cooking in the kitchen. Really great location, easy to uber in and out of downtown/ Rainey in less than10 minutes. We used the pool one day and it was small but still enjoyable. We all walked around the lake, nice to walk out the back door to lots of fun outdoor activities on the lake! Would definitely stay at this location if I came back!

Great place for a family getaway!

Clean and spacious. Condo had everything we needed for a great family getaway. The kids loved the pool (right outside the front door) and this mom loved having everything we needed to cook family meals. We took a walk along the river and easily accessed everything we needed downtown. Will definitely keep Shane in mind when we are looking for another weekend vacation!

The property is exactly as listed.

The condo living area is very large and clean. The outside deck is great for evenings and mornings The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large. The property is close to everything. You can walk or uber to anything. The pool and lake area is also very nice. We had 6 adults and the property was perfect for us.

perfect location

this was the first time i've used homeaway, and it was a perfect location for what we needed. a $7-10 fasten ride to downtown, a great running/biking trail on site, and a pool to take the heat away. this rental was a bit more retro than other buildings in its surroundings, but nice and quiet. I would recommend for a family trip or a relaxing weekend.
