Guest Bedroom has Queen Bed, night stand, end table, 21" TV, ceiling fan, carpet and closet.
Comforters, sheets/pillow cases, pillows, blanket are provided for both beds.

Den has a desk w/chair and reading chair with ottoman, carpet, storage cabinet and ceiling fan.

Unit has two tiled lanais. Front lanai has a love seat, 2 rocking chairs, end table and cocktail table sitting on outdoor carpet. It overlooks a preserve area. It also has a ceiling fan.
Back lanai has a love seat, chair, ottoman, end table, side table and ceiling fan. The back lanai overlooks water directly behind the unit and the golf course (Oak Course hole 21) tee to green.
All windows are impact resistant and have plantation blinds. Sliding door to back lanai has grommet topped curtains (easy open and close).
Garage fits one car, plus driveway for one car. There are 6 parking spaces, 3 at each end of the building, for guest overflow parking.
There is a gas grill available for use. (Ask owner about HOA rules to use).
There are 4 beach chairs, 2 beach mats, 2 beach umbrellas, 4 noodles, one cooler, one bike w/pump and a storage shelf in the garage.
There is a Shark vacuum, broom, mop w/pail, floor and dusting Swifter, iron and ironing board, and various household cleaning supplies available.
The condo is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils kitchen towels, wine opener etc.. The place has most of everything you will need during your stay.

Gambling at Immokalee Casino. Grocery shopping at Publix, Winn Dixie, Whole Foods and Fresh Market. Beaches, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boat rentals, boat tours and waterfront dining are within 20 minutes. Short drive to Everglades tours, Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins spring training stadiums.

Heritage Bay G&CC Fees (golf and administration cost $325) is paid by tenant to the Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club Administration Office. Veranda VIII Fees are paid by tenant when lease application and lease are sent to Cambridge Management. Fees include $50 administration cost, $50 criminal background check for each tenant. Total $150 for two tenants. The exit cleaning fee ($150) is paid by tenant when total rental payment is made. The 10% tax payment is paid by tenant when the total rental payment is made.
