But, if you don’t want to spend all of your time outside, indoors you have lots of room for everyone to spread out and still enjoy one another. This home is accommodating to all the family with a doggie door on the screened porch and gated decks for the pets (fees do apply limit 2 dogs). Floor Plan: Ground level-covered, paved parking, outdoor shower, private pool & hot tub (heat available for an additional fee). 1st level – Living Room with a gulf view, big screen TV, DVD, VCR and CD/Stereo system; dining area which opens up onto the screened porch, kitchen, ½ bath and Bedroom 1 – master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, gulf view, full bath and a furnished screened porch that opens onto an open gulf view deck. 2nd level – laundry closet, Bedroom 2 –1 duo bunk along with another bunk set, TV & DVD (no cable); loft area with a gulf view and entrance onto screened deck; Bedroom 3 – gulf view bedroom with a queen bed, TV, telescope and full bath with double vanities and shower/tub combo; Bedroom 4 – king bed, gulf view and TV; and full bath with double vanities and shower only. This property is dog friendly but sorry no cats allowed.
