Cuvée's impeccably designed and maintained ski-in/ski-out penthouse is located at The Arrabelle Resort and features breathtaking Vail Mountain views. It features a revitalized European design aesthetic with custom stone-and-wood work, original art and a moss stone fireplace.

 

The Arrabelle Chalet is a stunning vision of beauty and design. Perched six floors above Vail Square and claiming an entire wing of the exclusive resort, this 4,000-square foot, five-bedroom chalet is the epitome of luxury with our signature Cuvée flourish. It features a fully-equipped chef’s-style kitchen with Viking stainless steel appliances, a lavishly furnished great room, including a fully-stocked bar and state-of-the-art entertainment system, a formal dining room that seats up to eight and stunning views of the Rocky Mountains.

 

Each of the five plushly-appointed bedrooms feature Cuvée signature beds, outfitted with a double-pillow top mattress, down & feather pillows and duvet, and Egyptian cotton sheets. Our guests frequently comment that they are the “most comfortable beds in the world.” Each of the two master suites are appointed with the finest furnishings, including a stone fireplace, steam showers and five-piece en-suite bath.

 

At the end of the day, step onto your private 280-degree balcony which hugs the great room and features magnificent views of the mountain. Custom French doors open to a wrap-around terrace with a bistro table, outdoor cooking area and gas grill.

Damage Deposit £250.94

PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of reservation. Final payment is due 90-days prior to arrival or September 1st for holiday reservations (reservations between 12/20 and 1/5). If reservation is made within 90-days of arrival, (or after
September 1st for holiday), full payment is due upon reservation. If the deposit is not received within 5-days of reservation, the reservation will be cancelled. Payments are accepted via wire transfer or check.

The final payment is due on September 1st for holiday reservations and 90-days prior to arrival for all other reservations. If the final payment is not received by the due date the Rental Manager has the option to cancel this reservation. A late payment notification will be sent to request payment and if the final payment is not remitted within 5-business days of receiving the notice the reservation will be canceled. If final payment is not made, and the reservation is canceled, the deposit would be forfeited as detailed in the Cancelation Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelation Policy for Peak December Holiday:
Refund of deposit less 25% cancelation fee will be made only if Manager receives written notice of cancelation prior to
September 1st for the peak December Holiday season. All monies received will be forfeited on cancellations made after
September 1st.

Cancelation Policy for all periods except December Holiday:
Refund of deposit less a 25% cancelation fee will be made only if Manager receives written notice of cancelation at least 90-days prior to scheduled arrival. All monies received will be forfeited on cancellations made after 90-days prior to scheduled arrival.

No Refunds for late arrivals, early departures, and inclement weather. Lodging cancellation, trip cancellation, and trip interruption insurance coverage is available from 3rd party providers. Manager strongly recommends guests arrange insurance coverage in the event you must cancel your trip.
