Come enjoy the privacy and seclusion only a Log Cabin in the White Mountains can afford. Our home is situated on 50+ acres with no visible neighbors, yet we are only 15 minutes away from some of the best hiking in the Whites and 20 minutes to the Franconia/Sugar Hill/North Woodstock/Lincoln downtown areas. The home was built in 2005 and has been well cared for and upgraded since that time. Inside you'll find brand new soapstone countertops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors throughout, incredible sunlight, plus brand new Viking and Bosch appliances. The place is very clean and updated. We have a large master suite upstairs (Qn bed) with an en suite and full-sized futon; a renovated bedroom downstairs (Qn bed); a bedroom (2 twins) downstairs; a loft that sleeps 2 (Qn pullout). Outside, please feel free to hike the property or walk alongs the streams down to the Wild Ammonoosuc for a swim. Alternatively, you may just simply want to relax on the deck or enjoy the fire pit out back. This cabin provides activities for 4 seasons! Meditate, write, hike, ski, re-connect. Regardless, we are confident that you will leave our home thoroughly renewed and ready for whatever life throws your way.

Hello, My name is Chris and my wife's name is Renee. I grew up in southern New England, while my wife's family is from the Caribbean. We both have demanding jobs (I work in Energy and Renee is a Professor), so owning a slice of the north country has provided us with an ideal place to escape Boston and reconnect with nature. Enjoy! Chris G.

Beautiful log cabin
Beautiful log cabin with great views of the mountains near lots of hiking trails. Comfortable, clean and well stocked with supplies.
Very nice house, very good area of NH. Very pleased!
Perfect for a Beautiful, White Christmas!
We just spent Christmas in this beautiful log cabin with it’s idyllic mountain setting. First impression as you walk in the door, is that it’s nicely decorated and has a warm cozy feeling. Although we were definitely in the country, the WiFi had us connected to friends and family over the holiday. We were a little worried about getting snowed in, but the owner, Chris, made sure that there was a snow plow to clean off the driveway. My husband and I both agree that it was perfect for Christmas!
comfortable rustic cabin in the woods
My wife, her niece and I spent 3 nights in this very pleasant rustic cabin which has three bedrooms and a spacious living dining area. The village of Bath is close by and worth a visit. The country all around--farms, villages, woods--is lovely. On our first full day we drove to the White Mountains and climbed Sugarloaf. On our other full day we drove to Vermont and visited my ancestral village of Corinth. A friendly tip: plan to eat in. The restaurants in nearby towns are few and not good.
Wonderful home, perfect size for our family of four. The house was so beautiful I took pictures so that I could redecorate our cabin in the Appalachian in the same fashion! Cozy, comfortable, just about perfect. If we come back, and it's available, we will definitely try to snag it again!
My family had a wonderful time in the NH wilderness.
The house was fully equipped with all modern amenities and closed to national parks and hiking trails. Very cozy, well-kept cabin.
The home owner was very helpful providing feedback and recommendations. He was also very attentive to quickly address our questions. Highly recommend it.
The Kancamagus highway is gorgeous and cradled by mountains, but the best stuff is hidden from the road: waterfalls, rivers, ponds, and lakes. You may be more likely to see a moose than another person!
