This one bedroom, smoke-free condo is located in the Ekahi Village, and is a short (less than 4 minutes)walk to beautiful Keawakapu Beach. This is a very private ground floor unit located in Building 19. There are four beautiful swimming pools, one overlooking the beach featuring a large pavilion with BBQ, kitchen, and bathroom facilities.

This ground floor unit has a beautiful green belt right off of the 225 sq. ft. lanai. This lanai faces west so you can enjoy the evening sun as it sets. While sitting on your lanai, you can enjoy istening to the waves crash on beautiful Keawakapu beach.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with blackout curtains and is attached to a large south facing private lanai. The living area sleeps two on the queen sofa bed. The bathroom has been updated with a new shower. The unit comes with high speed (able to stream movies), Apple TV and Netflix. There is an iPod docking station as well as free long distance phone calls to the US and Canada. (We will consider stays for less than 5 nights but they are on an individual basis and are primarily accepted when they fill an opening).

But this is all just the beginning because at Ekahi Village you have access to all of Wailea. Wailea features world-renowned golf and tennis, beaches and an array of exquisite shops and restaurants. There's easy access to the 2 mile oceanfront 'Wailea Boardwalk'. You can also walk to some of the nicest hotels on Maui and enjoy their restaurants, ocean activities and other amenities including: snorkeling, diving, kayak and sailboat rentals. Why The Owner chose Wailea

We are a family of 4 who love Maui. We fell in love with the Ekahi Village complex because of the amenities, and fantastic beach and the amazing location of this unit. The beach is perfect for both snorkling and boogie boarding. We will be able to enjoy this complex with our children now and for our retirement later. We bought this particular unit (19C) because of the GREAT location to the beach and the pool pavilion (no hills to walk up!). As a bonus there is a beautiful grassy area right off the lanai. The unit is set back making it both quiet and private. And our favorite part is listening to the waves crash onto the beach while we eat our dinner on the lanai.

Although my website says 7 night minimum we will look at 3 to 6 nights stays individually and will only be accepted if it backs onto an existing booking or fills an open gap. 14 night minimum over Christmas and New Years unless there is a smaller opening. 7 night minimum during high season unless it fills a gap.

Stays less than 7 nights are subject to a $200.00 cleaning fee.
