We are on our way back to Connecticut
this morning and wanted to thank you for your hospitality. The villa was everything we expected and more. We look forward to coming back soon
We left the keys at the golf pro-shop.

We had a great time on this property it was everything we had hoped for. The Arjona's were great hosts.
My family had a wonderful time on our vacation in Puerto Rico. The Villa was beautiful and I think the pictures don't do the justice it deserves. The place was very clean and so comfortable for my husband, myself and our three children. The older kids were elated sleeping in their room every night - who wouldn't want to swap bunk beds when you have 6 to choose from.
Thank you for making our family vacation a memorable one; we will definitely be back and this time stay longer.

This villa has a great layout, was clean, and is located on a beautifully landscaped resort with a nice pool and beach. I wish I could give it a higher rating but there were things that needed attention and could have been easily and quickly fixed to make the stay nicer. Most of the issues were with the kitchen. The microwave only worked if the door was slammed in just the right way. Even then, it took several tries. Not such a nice thing to wake up to in the morning when you are trying to sleep and others are slamming the microwave door to warm their breakfast. Archie new of this issue when I first spoke to him after arrival. Instead of replacing the microwave he suggested the slamming to make it work. The refrigerator was missing one of it's front feet so every time the door was opened the entire thing would lunge forward as if it was going to topple over. We had to roll up a magazine and wedge it under the front where the foot should have been just so no one would get hurt. The dishes were not especially clean and there were not many of them, especially cooking items. We were hard pressed to have everything we needed to cook an entire meal. We also had to take turns using the one teaspoon. Most of the time we ate with serving spoons. One of the locks on the doors that led to the balcony was extremely difficult to use which forced us to leave the door unlocked most of the time. However, the worst situation was the water in the master bath. The water temperature did not work. It would go from extremely hot to extremely cold the first day we were there, and then it just stayed so hot that the shower was unusable. The five of us shared one bathroom for four days until Archie sent a plumber after having texted him twice about the situation. My husband lost an entire day of his vacation since he has to stay at the villa and wait until the plumber came, accessed the situation, went for parts, and then fixed the shower. Compensation was never offered. We also did not get to use the free wifi that was offered until our third day. The password was not left for us which was odd. After reaching Archie to ask for the password the wifi still didn't work. After some investigation, it was discovered that the modem was not connected. Alone, most of these things were small problems (except the broken shower) that would have been overlooked had there not been so many of them. I would make sure that these issues have been resolved before booking this villa
I recently stayed at this great villa with 4 teenagers (two girls 19 and 18 and two boys both 14). We had a great time. The kids loved their bunk room with own tv and hanging out area as well as balcony. I loved my expansive master suite. The kitchen was well equipped..there is ample shopping nearby (Walgreens everywhere which had more grocery items than in US and reasonably priced). Was nice to have breakfast and snacks/drinks in villa. Loved driving to the owners beach and walking beach each morning (walk past Wyndham to Rio Grande...beautiful views). Kids enjoyed gym and pools at Wyndham. Villa has some beach toys and boogie boards to use which was very nice. Recommended activities: HIke El Yunque (weekday to avoid crowds; eat lunch at La Muralla in park; study map/website before you go to map out your hike...park is huge and you actually drive to various hiking spots); visit Old San Juan (weekday to avoid crowds); book reservation for Para Naturaleza tour (in advance), night kayak bio bay Fajardo/Las Croabas. PIckup breakfast foods at La Familia Bakery 2. Eat at Richies (they will come pick you up), Don Pepes. Laundry bit of a pain at villa since community laundry room only had one working dryer. Also may want to bring beach towels because villa only had two.
The condo was clean, well stocked and close too the golf course and the ocean. Having the guest passes was a wonderful benefit and we used the hotel pool everyday and enjoyed a massage at the spa. The beds were very comfy and the shuttle to the hotel is just a short walk from the condo. Overall the whole experience was awesome and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely rent the condo again. Archie was an great host.
We had a great time visiting Puerto Rico and staying at this villa. The villa was very nice and comfortable for our family. Our children had room in their own creative style suite with the two triple bunk beds and seating area with cable TV. Our master suite was very nice too and a place we could relax to. We used the full kitchen to cook breakfasts, prepare picnic lunches, and enjoy several dinners. The villa has separate beach access and a pool area near the main resort. The villa also came with access to the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort, which was very nice. We took the shuttle van from the golf course club house down to the resort or we also drove our rental van down to the resort and parked near the villa pool. We had the best time relaxing on the beach, using the pools, exploring the sights around Puerto Rico, and spending a great vacation as a family. The villa owners were very helpful with our questions. We met the owners as we were checking out and it was very nice to talk to them. We would gladly stay here again and recommend this to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.
