The apartment is as follows:

DINING ROOM/LIVING ROOM: Table with 4 chairs to dine, sofa, TV

KITCHEN: Fully furnished kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, gas stove, toaster, milkshake blender, coffee machine, pots and pans, plates/bowls, coffee cups, wine glasses, water glasses, cutlery as well as a table with 2 chairs to eat.

SINGLE/DOUBLE BEDROOM 1: Bathroom inside room with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. The room can host one or two adults and has a desk, lamp, large wardrobe and mirror.

DOUBLE BEDROOM 2: Double bed with wardrobe, bedside table, lamps, desk and mirror

BATHROOM 2: Located next to BEDROOM 2, this bathroom has a shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink.

LIVING ROOM: composed of TV, sofa bed (for 2 small adults) dining table etc.

The apartment is ideal for up to 6 adults.

You have the whole apartment at your disposal and not share with anyone.

Towels, bed sheets and other hygienic necessities (soap, washing up liquid and shower gel) are provided.

It is located in a quiet apartment block guaranteeing you a top night's sleep in an extremely safe environment.

An elevator is available in the building.

N.B. IF YOU BELIEVE YOU WILL BE CHECKING IN AFTER 10pm, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFOREHAND.

WE DON'T CHARGE LATE CHECK IN, BUT CHECK IN CLOSES AT 11pm.

If we don't receive any communication regarding your delays/problems, we are sorry but check in won't be done after that time.

If you update or contact us, then we will try to prolong as late as possible.

We are in an age of technology and so communication is vital. Just as much as you don't want to wait hours, neither do we :-)

Guests have access to all areas of the apartment. The apartment is completely at your disposal.

Keys will be left at check in and you will be in complete control of when you enter and exit the house. They need to be returned on check out. In the likelihood that you lose them, you will also lose the security deposit, €200, needed to replace the locking system.

Damian is mother tongue English as well as being able to speak Italian. Enrica speaks Italian (of course!) and can communicate at an intermediate level in Spanish.

A phone is supplied if you wish to contact us. Unlimited Wifi is supplied free of charge in the apartment, which allows you to contact us on (website hidden) or any other similar messaging services.

We will always try to be available at check in. We prefer not leaving keys to be collected. We will leave you to yourselves to enjoy Rome at its full. If you do require information or any advice, we are always on hand to provide it to you.

If you require a shuttle service to any of the two Roman airports, we offer it at a price of €60 flat fee to Fiumicino and €60 flat fee,one way, to Ciampino, subject to availability. These charges increase during night shifts. Contact us if you wish to know more.

A map of Rome will be given on arrival together with some discounts in local restaurants that we have.

The neighbourhood is well known for its top class traditional Italian restaurants. International cuisine may also be found within walking distance ranging from Chinese, Japanese, Mexican etc.

The area is also considered to be in an extremely safe part of Rome.

A 24h pharmacy is 50 meters away and supermarkets and mini-markets are plentiful. Some discounts with local restaurants are available also. Just ask us!

The underground station is located 100 meters from the apartment. This is the red line and connects you to all the main hotspots including the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Termini and Saint Peter's square.

Bus numbers 490 and 492 are within 50 meters of the flat and these also pass by the main tourist attractions.

The colosseum and Piazza Venezia can be reached by switching to the blue line underground at Termini

The apartment is strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed.

Families with children are welcome.

Great base to explore Rome

Damian was very helpful and made our stay easy.

The apartment is comfortable and we enjoyed coming home after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Close to the metro and easy to get to the main sights and shops around the old part of Rome. This apartment is on the edge of the old district and a short walk to the Vatican.

Good supermarket down the road allows you to stock up and keep your budget under control.

As a family we recommend this apartment.

Geräumige saubere Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Wir haben Ende Oktober als Familie mit 2 Kindern hier gewohnt, die Fotos entsprechen der tatsächlichen Ausstattung, im Schlafzimmer 1 wurde die Anordnung verändert. Das andere Schlafzimmer enthält ein ausziehbares Bett (quasi Doppelbett). Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig, praktisch sind die zwei Badezimmer. Handtücher, Küchentücher, Toilettenpapier und Seife lagen bei unserer Ankunft bereit und wir wurden sehr freundlich von Damiano empfangen. Danke für die nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation und den Hinweis per WhatsApp auf den Streik der Busse und Bahnen während unseres Aufenthaltes.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Metro Linie A und Ferrovia (Regionalbahn) in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie liegt im Car2go Geschäftsgebiet. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt (Conad) und einige weitere Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut von hier aus zu erreichen. Trotz der guten Verkehrsanbindung ist es in der Wohnung angenehm ruhig, auch in der herbstlichen Dunkelheit am Abend macht die Wohngegend einen sicheren und angenehmen Eindruck.
