Spinnakers Vacation Cottages, Captain's Quarters is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, close to everything but with a feeling of being tucked away! This lovely vacation rental is located in Holmes Beach and is just 250 steps to the beach!

Spinnakers is made up of four cottage-style rentals. Captain's Quarters is a three bedroom, two bath home with a private fenced-in yard and shared heated pool to enjoy.

With three king bedrooms, Captain Quarter's has plenty of room for the family to stretch out and relax when not at one of the beautiful Anna Maria Island beaches.

The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. The open floor plan lets your entire family relax together while cooking, eating, and hanging out!

When you are ready to explore the island, you can hop on board the free AMI trolley that runs daily along the island and has a stop not far from your door.

Captain's Quarters is a dog friendly property! If you have added a pet to your reservation under number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog, plus tax has been added to your reservation total. ** 2 Dog Limit **

No cats due to allergy concerns.

Note: Spa is not heated.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. The maximum occupancy is six.

Great vacation!

It was a awesome vacation. The property was very nice. Great location. There one thing that was misleading. The pool was not heated and the spa did not work. It would been nice to know that. You should change that in the listing. This amenity was one of the many reasons we choose the property. Overall it was nice.

Just like the pictures!!!

The Captains Quarters was so perfect and roomy. Entire house was very clean and stocked. Super close to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Pool was great. Just wish the hot tub worked (no heat or bubbles). You will want to bring some extra toilet paper if staying a week.
