Rudy and Angelina are very personable & customer-oriented. Long-time residents of Los Angeles, they know the city like the back of their hand and are more than happy to share their local tips about the best places to eat, sight-see, etc. They have just recently converted this personal home into a vacation rental and are so excited to share this wonderful home with you so that you, too, can enjoy the convenient location and the elegant home at an exceptionally low rate.

Great place to stay and experience L.A.

Everything about this rental was as described in the listing, and the photos are accurate as well. The location is in a good location to get to everything in Los Angeles and Rudy was super nice. We loved our stay here and rested well each night in the comfortable bed this rental has. I would stay here again if it is available the next time I'm in LA.

Felt like home!

When I entered the guest house and turned the lights on, the place was absolutely beautiful. Rudy worked with me because I had a late check-in. Greatly appreciated. Everything that we needed was there. Great location as a starting point to your excursions. Plenty of room for three people, extremely clean and your own parking spot. When we return again for vacation this is where we will stay! Thank you Rudy, it was a pleasure meeting you. Until next time, take care.

Nice location alright expierence

House location is perfect for things to do. House had everything that you need. Two bad issues. There was a smell that would not go away even with two air freshners and the upstairs is a very shallow sound so you hear every step and thump. Overall it worked for us.

Comfortable and enjoyable

This property was a wonderful surprise. The inside is decorated wonderfully and everything looks newly furnished. The couch wasn't quite comfortable and the upstairs does transfer noise very easily. However, the overall stay was fantastic.

Very good, kind of loud.

Very affordable. Close to everything. Clean and very nicely renovated. Rudy was very nice and accommodating. I was on the bottom of the two rental properties and there were people renting the top unit, unfortunately you could here everything they did, and if they were up walking in heels at 4am I was up too. The neighbor hood was nice, but loud most nights, lots of music and dogs barking. I don't know if I'll ever be in LA again but if I do, I may stay here again, or I may not. If I do stay again it would be because of the great price and the clean sheets and bathroom
