Madeira Beach getaway

Beautiful view of the waterway from the main bedroom and balcony and views of the ocean from the front bedroom. Awesome coffee and sandwich shop on the property

Cozy condo great location

Great location! Our 6 and 8 yo kids loved the twin beds and tv in their room. There was amazing views from the back deck and front porch to view the sunrise on the canal and sunset on the gulf. Beach access is almost right across the street. The condo was stocked with beach chairs, kids toys, and umbrella which was very convenient to borrow as we flew in to florida and didn’t want to bu. Condo had all the cooking items needed for eating in. The coffee shop sweet brewnette on the first level is a must for coffees and hot chocolate every morning or dinner at caddys across the street. We overall had an amazing time and will stay at skyline again.

Fabulous place!

We had a great time as always the condo was fabulous nice and roomy and comfortable with terrific views. The service that we get from I Trip cannot be any better it's Fast, and they are terrific. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for everything.

Good location, Wonderful view

The nicest part of this rental is the location and the view. It is on the east side of Gulf Blvd, so direct access to the beach is about two blocks from the building. A great benefit is that there is a breakfast and brunch cafe down in the courtyard that has tasty selections, both light and full meals. And there is also a popular poke' establishment in the same courtyard. The view is as the photo depicts, and I photographed a GORGEOUS sunrise on my second morning. There are restaurants and fascinating sightseeeng opportunities, as well as shopping and grocery outlets. However, I found the accommodation itself to be less than expected. It is managed by a vacation rental company and with all their communication about what the renter must and must not do, I expected sparkling, up-to-date and at least mid-line furnishings and amenities. Not so. it is furnished in early garage sale style with mis-matched and missing elements (ex: rough edges on the bedrail and missing finials). It's okay that they furnished the bargain quality toiletries but I would have appreciated some quality toilet paper. There are just enough towels, which are clean. But the floors - ALL of them, both ceramic and vinyl - were filthy, not expected after all the fees that were charged and not being able to arrange early entry because the "cleaners might not be finished." I doubt the cleaners had been there that day at all, my feet picked up BLACK dirt, not sand. Still the view is spectacular, location is ++
