This penthouse is located in Playa Imbert, one of the most beautiful beaches in the North Coast. The sandy beach with warm 80+ degree clear & clean water and balcony overlooking the ocean make this place a great good option for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The penthouse has free high-speed digital cable internet including wireless connectivity. It also has cable TV with a BlueRay HD DVD player.

Facilities include private parking, 2 swimming pools, 2 additional separate storage rooms, private beach. The property manager is available on-site.

This penthouse has a fully equipped, modern kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee making machine, blender/juicer etc.), a spacious living room, (8-chair dining room) and 4 bedrooms with air conditioning.

The rental rate includes all charges (gas, water, taxes, condominium fees, gardening, security, garbage disposal, pool maintenance, WiFi internet connection, satellite TV etc.) except electricity.

Standard occupancy is 8 people, but 2 kids (below 12 years old) can comfortably sleep on the sofas in the living room.

The residence is guest-friendly (visitors should be registered before midnight). Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. Fantastic!!!!

This is a five star property, in a five star complex! Great for a larger group of friends or a family! Each room has a bathroom attached!!! Jens and his team are amazing and went out of their way to make our experience amazing! Jens arranged for a small groceries trip before we arrived and this was a lifesaver since we arrived pretty late. There are too many great things to mention about this property... in short, if you're considering it, you will not be disappointed!!! Sunsets on the balcony, the ocean sound, the tranquility and peace, the breeze, the amenities and beauty of the unit ... this is what you can look forward to!! Now, to be balanced, here are a few things we noted and hope can be helpful: 1. There is no elevator and the unit is on the 3rd floor. May not be an issue for most folks but it can be a pain if you have special needs. 2. Smoking is permitted on the grounds and balconies. This can be a serious problem if you have health conditions that are aggravated by tobacco and cigar smoke!! Europeans on vacation = Smoking tournaments!!!!! We did bring this up with Jens and after he intervened the folks from the unit below tried to keep their tournaments less competitive!:) 3. The security is very strict and not very flexible. We had family that stayed in a different property and planned to spend dinners together... due to the painful registration process, this only happened once at our unit. We found it easier to simply not have anyone visit. Not saying that it is impossible but it could be managed differently. And as a side comment, this has nothing to do with Jens, the unit manager. This is a management company that handles the entire complex. These three things are trivial and may not matter much to most folks. Just wanted to share in case they do factor into the decision making process. Happy travels!

Relaxation at it's finest

We enjoyed our stay at Infiniti Blu. We traveled with our two adult children and my mom. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a penthouse apartment that offered 4b/4ba. The space was large and open, with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Our particular unit offered wi-fi, dvd player, one tv, hair dryers, coffee maker, bottled water, linens and towels. We were met at the airport by Ricardo, to taxi us to our complex. He was on time and very helpful, stopping along the way so we were able to pick up groceries, before heading to the unit. We were very pleased with the security and lushness of the property itself. Jens met us at the apartment to go through the particulars of the unit. Upon arrival, we realized we were without coffee filters, a dvd player and hair dryers. Jens was great in securing the first two items, but we never did get those hair dryers! Enjoy a taxi to Cabarete for the beach (if you want to learn Kite sailing, this is the place) and lots of dining options Pros: Gorgeous view Quiet complex Clean, large and airy apartment Awesome location with proximity to the beach and pool Nice beach and pool with plenty of chairs Snorkel from the beach to coral reef(s) with plenty of fish Helpful apartment manager Friendly workers on the complex 2 large nice grocery stores with everything you could need Fireworks over our apartment on New Years Eve! Cons: wi-fi was unreliable and didn't work for 4 days Sosua doesn't lend itself to family dining and entertainment at night-we ate dinner in all but one night Staff should put lounge chairs on the beach (my mother fell trying to drag one down from the grass) Linens/pillows need to be updated Need an opaque curtain in the downstairs back bedroom Could have used a few more mixing bowls and kitchen utensils and glassware, for cooking in We would recommend this place to family and friends.
