About this property

Aruba Dreaming Villa is a spacious two-story 5-bedroom / 3-bathroom ocean front villa, located right on Malmok Beach.

The fully air-conditioned, brightly decorated home has 2 bedrooms upstairs, both with a king-size bed. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, one with a queen bed and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. All three ground floor bedrooms open to the back porch and lovely pool area.

The main house sleeps 10 guests comfortably. For the bigger groups or larger families, there is an adjacent guest house on the property with 2 - bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms, one queen bedroom, one bedroom with 3 twins and a living room with tv. The guest house can be added to your reservation for an additional fee.

The spacious L-shaped living area consists of a TV area, a fully-equipped brand new kitchen with an open breakfast counter. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and flows into the living room, which has ample sitting areas to take in the views.

The fully air-conditioned villa has independent remotes, cable TV, wireless internet and several rooms have flat screen TV's.

The views from the living room, front patio and the upstairs master bedroom balcony are the most spectacular! Enjoy amazing golden sunsets while sipping an ice-cold drink or cocktail from the front patio or balcony while the afternoon sailboats pass by.

The Malmok Beach across the boulevard is ideal for sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling, for some shade, there are palapas available.

The backyard of the house is completely private and offers a large swimming pool, set in tropical gardens with a view of nature beyond, a great spot for the sunrise for the early risers.

All linens, towels and beach towels are part of the rental, there's a BBQ grill and some beach chairs for your use. There's also a washer and dryer available and daily maid service is provided five (5) days a week.

Tierra del Sol Golf Club is only a quarter of a mile down the road and offers golf, tennis, gym, spa and restaurant. A mile away you'll find wind / kite-surfing clinics, world-class hotels and restaurants, and you're 6 miles from downtown Oranjestad, it's amazing boutiques and cafes.

Malmok Beach Villa

We had a three families (16 people) staying at Villa for one week. The landscaping of the property is beautiful and well kept. The size of the property was just right for our party. We had one issue with the AC unit not working in the guest house living room. I called Anneke to notify her of the issue and she had a company replace it within 2 days, which was greatly appreciated. The layout and flow of the home worked very well for all our guests. We loved the pool and being able to lookout at the ocean from the home. The housekeeper was very pleasant and we appreciated her services tidying up the home each weekday. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the villa.

Beautiful Views

We were a family of 8. The house was spacious enough for everyone. Well appointed kitchen & dining area for meals. The pool was well maintained & the landscaping around it is beautiful. There is enough seating outside, either around the pool or under the covered area. A few times we ran out out of paper products, however, we just went to the store to get more. We did, have a slight issue of being locked out of one of the bedrooms. This was quickly taken care of by the property handyman. The owner was responsive to our needs. Overall, it is a beautiful home with amazing views of the water.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful time at Aruba Dreaming. We loved the pool and deck and the gorgeous view from the living room. We enjoyed using the gas grill and appreciated the beach towels and chairs (located in the laundry room in the guesthouse). One of the best things about this house is the location, right across the street and within walking distance of the best snorkeling on the island. We saw the turtles many times at Tres Trapi. We also enjoyed Arashi Beach, Baby Beach, and Palm Beach, where the water is very calm. Regarding the bathrooms, we unlocked the laundry room in the guesthouse every morning and used the extra bathroom behind it. The housekeeper Reina is very sweet and took good care of us without being intrusive. We placed a large order at Super Food a few days before arrival and picked it up on our way from the airport. We found it very easy. We would definitely go back. Hope you enjoy the house and Aruba as much as we did!

Fantastic House!

This was a perfect place to take our large (14 people) family for a special occasion and share our love of Aruba and beaches. The house was perfectly suited to our needs, spacious and very comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the outdoor spaces were great. The outdoor shower got a workout after returning from the beaches. Location could hardly be improved - less than 200 feet from Malmok Beach! We cooked many of our meals in the well appointed kitchen or the large gas BBQ. This helped a lot for our 7 day stay. The daily housekeeping was a big plus too, and pretty rare to find these days. So many things were wonderful about this house, I can't list them all. So I will list a few minor things that Americans might wonder about. The house wasn't well supplied with paper products. Toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, paper cups. A quick trip to the mini-mart took care of that issue pretty easily. The full size refrigerator didn't have a working ice maker. Ice trays were provided. We are hoping to come back in a couple of years to this house. We loved it!

Terrific sunsets

There were six of us staying and needed (4) bedrooms. This house is 5 stars!! The house was very spacious and the pool was fantastic. You have the privacy in a semi-quiet area and the ocean 60 feet in front of you but close to the nightlife/great restaurants of Palm Beach area. Included with this rental is daily housekeeping which was fantastic to have and Anneke (host) is fantastic with communicating and addressing small issues immediately. If we decide on Aruba again for '24 this is definitely where we are staying
