The house is located a 5 min walk from the beach and 10 min walk from the Santa Monica pier/ 3rd St, shopping and restaurants. House is in upper Santa Monica where celebrities, athletes and professionals live prime location. High end neighborhood!.

Interior is 2200 sqft with a large patio, large front yard with a lovely rose garden. Large living room with sectional facing the tv and reading area facing the garden beautiful view, Large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and a dinning table for four. There is 2 bedrooms, master bedroom has a king size bed, and 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed both rooms have bed sheets, blankets, pillows, and closet space . One full size bathroom.

The Neighborhood

This is the best neighborhood in all of LA, If you ask me I believe in the world. There is only mansions and very large house around the area. Everyone calls it the beverly hills near the ocean. There's a lot of celebrities and athlete's that live around the area and you might even bump into one. It's very close to the beach so there's a very nice ocean breeze. San Vicente is known for its beauty and where everyone runs and rides bikes.

What makes this house unique

Guest will have access to the front house that's listed and all the amenities. 1 parking spot all the appliances washer and dryer, front yard, Tv with cable, Internet. Bbq grill

Spacious Bungalow in Great Location

We are a family of four and Reda's location worked out great because it is in a great neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, the beach and it was close to other areas of LA where we have friends and relatives. The house was very roomy. Reda is a very accomodating and nice woman. The apartment was clean when we arrived. The interior is very nice, furnished with traditional regal furniture. I would rent this place again when I return to LA.

very comfortable home

Very comfortable home, the whole family was at ease staying here. Furniture was very comfortable and great location. Fully stocked with dishes. We had a really great experience, very happy with our decision to stay here.

Not so good

The location is great! The house is old with somewhat renovated kitchen.. It's a one small bathroom house with one descent room and the other was assumed to be a dinning room converted to a room. It's not so clean but livable. The decoration is barok decor ( Persian with gold trimming with a mixture of modern).The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. No one told us about street cleaning day so we got $64 ticket parking in the curb . There's several cars in the driveway that if you park in the middle you will have tough time to get out. I just wish there's a standard they should meet to rent a place. If you are desperate this is not a bad place.

Bra boende en kvarts promenad från Palisades Park.

Bra boende som vi trivdes mycket bra i. Rymligt och väldisponerat hus med modernt kök och bra tvättmöjligheter och badrum. Trevligt område där gatan som huset ligger på är ett riktigt joggingstråk, med närhet till Palisades Park och Santa Monica stairs. Vi hade problem med wi-fi de första dagarna vilket vi påtalade för värden, som snabbt åtgärdade så att det därefter fungerade bra. Lätt att få kontakt med värden de gånger vi hade frågor. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
