Just 5 minutes from the 535/Lake Buena Vista entrance to Disney. The Resort is close to Downtown Disney, where you can find AMC Theaters, Cirque du Soleil, Disney Quest, Splitsville Bowling, the Lego Store, as well as an array of restaurants, bars, shopping stores, and many other activities for kids, such as a carrousel, train rides, Lego building, splash pads, etc.
The LAKE BUENA VISTA OUTLET, PREMIUM OUTLETS, and 24 Hours Super Center Wal-Mart, Super Target, OLD TOWN which has many rides and fun things to do. Also at Old Town, you can take the Busch Gardens bus that takes you straight to the park for free. All you need is your park admission to get on. The resort is just minutes from Disney’s Wide World of Sports, and it is also close to Miniature Golf, Falcons Fire Golf Course, Lake Buena Vista Water Sports, Gatorland, Boggy Creek Air Boat Rides, Cracker Barrel, Longhorn Steakhouse, Pizzeria Uno, Japanese Kabuki, Falafel O King, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Kabob Express, TGI Friday's, Olive Garden, Dunkin Donuts, and Krispy Kreme Donuts, all within walking distance.
Everything was just as described except for an additional bed that we didn't expect but were happy to see! Very clean, well appointed.
Kids had a hard time in the pool because it wasn't cleaned or filtered well enough to keep up with bugs that were floating around in it in the evening- could have been due to some pretty crazy thunderstorm activity earlier.
We were unable to start laundry before leaving, as we didn't bring our own detergent and there wasn't any in the unit (other short term rentals we've done had one single-use pack to use to start the laundry) and we didn't realize until check out.
We would happily stay here again, owner was incredibly responsive and quick for booking.

We stayed there in March 2016 on a spring break trip to Disney and Universal parks. The condo was very nice and roomy with good beds. Kitchen had everything we needed but we didn't do a lot of cooking, It was nice to have a washer and dryer and 3 bathrooms. The pool is a short walk out the side door. The grounds are well kept, and we always felt safe. The grocery store and some restaurants are nearby. Disney parks are really close and Universal is about a 10-15 drive depending on traffic. Super easy. My only complaint is that the comforter in the upstairs master bedroom was dirty, but I just removed it from the bed. Also, having to keep the a/c at 74 is a bit warm when it is 90 or above outside. We are from Houston and are able to lower our a/c to 70 or cooler at night without issue. Therefore, if there is a problem with the a/c freezing over at those temps then the a/c is old or not the correct size for the building. But overall, the condo was very nicely furnished and clean. Getting in the first night was a breeze with the access codes emailed to us. I would stay here again.
Wonderful stay in an updated new townhome. Close to Disney which was the reason for our family trip, 5-10 minutes from Disney Springs and 10-15 to all parks depending on traffic. Pool area was very nice and clean, our kids (6&10) really enjoyed it. Was nice to be able to spread out with the whole family, and unit was well appointed. Bathrooms very clean, and everything worked very well mechanically. Kitchen was very nice and all appliances were in excellent condition, lots of cupboard space to bring food and eat meals. Beds were comfortable and each of my children enjoyed having their own room with 2 beds each. 2 master sweets with bathrooms and lots of closet space which made it nice for us and my parents who were also along on the trip. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to do Disney and have more space to spread out. We will definitely be back.

The property was clean, warm and very comfortable. Well placed, good security, nice swimming pool. There is a tv in each room, extra pillows and enough towels, two walking closets and closets in the other 2 bedrooms. We like to travel to Orlando every year, and definitely we would stay in this house again.
The property was very homey and warm. My family loved all of the amenities of the location and convenience. We would highly recommend staying at this location.
This cozy 4 bedroom townhouse in a gated community fits up to 10 people and is ideal for families and groups who come to visit the famous Orlando theme parks and other attractions and convention centers in the region.
You can also enjoy the resort's pool with water fountain for children (heated in winter). Additionally, you will find sand volleyball court, playground, fitness center, computer and game room, clubhouse lounge, and a beautiful green area around the lake where you can have picnics or walk safely.
In the neighborhood you will find a variety of good restaurants such as Cracker Barrel, LongHorn Steakhouse, Pizzeria Uno, Japanese Kabuki, Falafel O King, Romano Macaroni Grill, Kabob Express, TGI Friday, etc.
