We visited Queens in July 2013. It was a great vacation. Our vrbo was wonderful. The manager of the property was very helpful. We had much privacy. The weather was extremely hot, but our rental was nice and cool at all times. The kitchenette was a plus. Also the metro is very near but still takes approx 30 min to get into Manhattan. This is okay as long as you have plenty of time. There were nearby stores available and the neighborhood seemed very safe. We had a great time!!
We had a very comfortable stay at the property.....Ebrahim was very helpful and cooperative, and even during the holy month of Ramadan,
he went out of his way to make all arrangements that the guests had asked for......I have no doubt in my mind that any time in the future,
I need rental homes anywhere in the country, I will call upon Ebrahim, and also, refer him to my friends...All the best to Ebrahim...

We stayed for 6 nights and could not have asked for more..SO well maintained and Manager Ebrahim is gem of a person who is just a phonecall away so efficient and so helpful..
This rental sits about one block from the most eastern subway stop in Queens. Other reviews say 30 minutes to Manhattan. That wasn't our experience. It easily took 45 minutes to get to Times Square, World Trade Center, etc. Access to Brooklyn was doable but took nearly 35 minutes because you have to change trains numerous times to maneuver south. The house itself was cozy. There is a master bedroom and another bunkbed room on the main floor. Then there is a basement with a few beds. The basement barely qualifies as being finished. Finally, there is another bedroom that is accessed by going down to the basement and then back up another flight of stairs. It's a fairly isolated bedroom. The neighborhood between the subway and the house is borderline. Rats literally ran across the sidewalk as we were walking to the house. It felt fine in the day time, but it made us nervous to walk home in the dark. We agreed, we would not rent this house again after our experience.
We had a large group stay here for 4 days to attend a function. The host Mr. Quaizar is honest and upfront from the beginning and very accommodating and flexible to work with. He is singularly focussed on making sure the guests have a great experience and works very hard to make that happen. It was a pleasure staying at this unit - functional and upgraded kitchens and bathrooms made the stay particularly enjoyable.
Beautiful house, recently remodeled and everything works. Additional airbeds came in quite handy when needed. Definitely a 5-star !
Recently, we brought our entire family to this property to use as a base for our NYC visit. We found it to be clean with all appliances in perfect working order. The house was conveniently located within a five minute walk of two groceries, and the 179th Street Jamaica subway station. We found it very easy to get on the subway and since that station is the last stop it was simple to navigate.
