Independent house situated 40 m away from our the main villa.

Ground floor: living-room (satellite TV) with full equipped kitchen and dining area. Access from the living room on to the lower level via a spiral staircase (the lower floor is also accessible from the outside).
Lower floor: double bedroom, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. All of the 2 bedrooms have access on to the outside.
Private patio in the garden with gazebo table and chairs. Pool is located 50m from the apartment. Apartment have a great view of the valley. Parking is covered and private.
Bed linen, towels are provided.
Our farmhouse is composed by the main villa and two indipendent annex, the main villa is the big one of the photo, the one with two turrets. On the sides there two house, and the one on the left is the one of ad on Homeaway

The house is located on two levels, every level with acces from the ground floor, pool is shared with main villa holiday apartments(Main villa is composed by 5 apartments)

* There is a deposit of 300€ to pay in cash at arrival, refundable at check out if no damage has been done to the apartment
* Pool is open from May to end September
* Sauna and hydromassage are available (50€/day)
* Laundry room available

For wine lovers:
The owner Claudio Vassanelli is from Valpolicella(Verona) where he produce fantastic wines, like Amarone and Ripasso. You can buy it at Villa reception at good prices, and compare it with Chianti wines.

Useful tips: All you need is located in Loro Ciuffenna, an incredible preserved village, far 2,5km. Markets, shops, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, bike rental, wine shops, bank, groceries, petrol station and pharmacy.
In Loro Ciuffenna there is also a visitable and working old mill where you can buy also their products. Great fun for kids and also adults.

In addition to normal turistic routes to the Chianti or Florence, Loro Ciuffenna area offers also day trips to Pratomagno mountain, with his hamlet, ruins, panoramic roads, mountain restaurants, old grocery shop and memorable views of Tuscany. The road to Pratomagno start from Loro Ciuffenna center and arrive to Croce del Pratomagno, where you can reach the highest peak (at the cross).
