Spacious and convenient two bedroom/one bathroom apartment on the third floor of a twenty unit building in the heart of Pasadena. 2-blocks from South Lake Ave, Colorado Blvd, and Caltech. Gated parking space included. Monthly rental available.

Each of the two bedrooms has a very comfortable queen size bed. Living room has a leather couch. Features include full kitchen, bathroom, huge closet space, hardwood floors, and extra sheets/towels.

Gated parking space is included. Laundry room is available in the building.

Budget price for budget property in great location but noisy

We stayed 3 days. Glendy was great to work with and communicated well. The location is awesome. The beds were comfortable. The unit above this unit is very noisy at night and first thing in the morning. The floor boards squeak so loud! You can hear the voices of the people above you when you are trying to sleep. The unit was clean for the most part. The bathroom bath/shower is very dated with hardly any water pressure. The price is right for what we were charged. We enjoyed the location. The parking was a plus.

Excellent Location!

We stayed at Glendy's apartment for a week in July for an Astrophysics Conference at CalTech and it was fantastic! Clean, beautiful, spacious and convenient to everything. We walked 3 blocks to CalTech every morning and found wonderful restaurants in the area - Veggie Grill, Souplantation, Happy Panda Chinese. The supermarkets, Pavillions and Trader Joes, were close-by. We cooked every day, using the well-stocked kitchen pans and dishes. We also visited Huntington Botanical Gardens, with its amazing tea room, library and art museums, which was a 10-minute drive, and an absolute gem. It was a great location, and we will definitely be back when we return to California again. Thank you Glendy for such a stress-free week!

Nice Property in Older Building

We stayed in this property for a week and a half as a family. The property manager responds very, very quickly. She is extremely responsive to any concerns that we had, and is very good with written communication. The apartment building is older, and the apartment is relatively sparsely furnished, but the apartment is well kept and recently remodeled. We rented two apartments from the manager in the same building, and would consider returning to the same property when we return to the area.
