BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED BEACHFRONT 4 BEDROOM 3 BATH SLEEPS 8/ CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

If you're looking for oceanfront property, and you want to be close to all the shops and restaurants on Flagler Avenue, this is it! A designer quality, luxury town home in the perfect location. This is a newer constructed, upscale, beachfront building with only 3 exclusive town homes located near the corner of the town's main street, and the beach.

Each home is 3-stories tall with direct and indirect ocean views. From your front door and across a parking lot is the white sand and waves below, and your front yard is a city park! The city of NSB recently invested $1.6M in a new beachfront park bordering this property with cabanas, a playground, and sand pit volleyball court. After a day on the beach you can still leave your car in the driveway and walk half a block to Flagler Avenue for coffee, dining, shopping, and nightlife.

This rental home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a total of 1 king, 2 queens and 1 bunk that has a full size mattress on the top and a full size mattress on the bottom. It is an open floor plan that will accommodate the entire guest party very comfortably. Off the entry level front door foyer is the first bedroom with its own full bathroom.

On the main level is the second bedroom with another full bath, complete with walk-in glass shower. The main level also has a family room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen with all stainless appliances, custom wood cabinets, and real granite counter tops. These 3 living areas are open and adjoining so it is perfect for social interaction and entertaining. The dining table seats 6-8 and the bar top seats 4, all in the same room. The living room has lots of comfortable seating for watching the over-sized flat screen TV. From there, the main level balcony faces south-east with indirect ocean view and a stainless BBQ grill for that inevitable fresh seafood or steak dinner.

On the upper level is an incredible Master Bedroom with plush seating area and flat screen TV. The master windows and master balcony face south-east with indirect ocean views, and beautiful sunrise and sunset views as well. The Master Bath features His & Her vanity sinks, over-sized spa tub, and walk-in glass shower. On the upper level is also a walk-in laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, and a 4th bedroom facing south with its own private balcony that has incredible ocean views. This 4th bedroom has a bunk bed that features a full mattress on the bottom and a full mattress on the top.

Why Natasja / Turtle Town Vacation Rentals chose New Smyrna Beach

This beautiful beachfront town home is owned by my personal friends who take great care in furnishing and maintaining their vacation property. I consider it one of my absolute finest rentals: Direct oceanfront, spacious, clean, open floor plan, sleeps up to 10;

I communicate with hundreds of vacationers and it seems we're always forced to decide between being close to town or being close to the beach. This property is by far the best opportunity to have both! You can literally park your car in the driveway and leave it there the entire week, and still not have time to eat at all the restaurants that are within easy walking distance, before your check out. And of course, there is nothing better than walking up from the beach to your own freshwater showers and a cold drink in the fridge, all within in a couple of minutes!

What tops this off as a perfect rental property is the way it has been furnished, as if you just stepped into the pages of Southern Living or Beach Life magazine! The pictures say it all, and you will not be disappointed. Just be sure to book for your return trip next year right away because once this place gets discovered, the schedule will surely be filled with repeat visitors!

What makes this house unique

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The property is on the corner of the "Best Beach in Central Florida" and main street.

From the front door you can walk towards the left and be at the beach immediately, or go straight half a block and be at Flagler Avenue for a morning cup of coffee, afternoon shopping, or an evening with dinner and later dancing at the clubs, or you may go right and be at the Intracoastal Indian River about 4 blocks away.

Truly the best possible location to enjoy your time at what National Geographic Magazine calls one of the Top 20 Surf Towns in the world, also ranked Top 10 beach towns by Outdoor Magazine.

This beautiful home in the heart of NSB has it all. It's a 'walking house' Ocean front and only 1/2 a block to all the shopping, dining, and nightlife of Flagler Ave. Local activities include beaches, boating, golfing, paddle boarding, wildlife viewing (sea turtles, dolphins & manatee), fishing (flats & open-water), shopping, biking, great restaurants, kayak & canoe tours, and surfing. Consistently voted the 'Best Beach in Central Florida,' New Smyrna is only about 1-hour from Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. An hour's drive North will put you in historic St. Augustine. New Smyrna Beach is a barrier island accessible only by bridge. It is recognized as an Artist Community with several galleries and annual art shows, and jazz music festivals. In addition, NSB was recognized in National Geographic as one of the Top 20 Surf Towns, and Outside Magazine featured NSB as a Top 10 Surfing Communities.

Terrifically Responsive Property Manager!

Great location, only steps to the beach, although the views were not as "shown" on the website. We really enjoyed the unit, all the extras provided, and the way the bedrooms were distributed over the three levels. We experienced both AC and internet problems while there -- with the AC's condensation building up, flowing through the ceiling and into a lower light fixture -- but the property manager was on top of things right away. Our only suggestion: ditch the white couches in the living area requiring the "No food or drink on the couches" requirement. At a beach house?!

Perfect site for a family reunion!

The Mermaid House was absolutely the best equipped rental house I have ever stayed at. The three separate floors give privacy to couples/individuals, the combined living/dining/kitchen area allows for large family gatherings, and its location allows for easy access to the beach and to restaurants/bars/shopping on Flagler Avenue. The management company was quick to respond to anything. The owners were very thoughtful in their furnishings with an eye to guests' comfort and their welcome gift was sweet! I definitely would love to stay here again (and again)!

Beautiful property, perfect location

We LOVED our experience. The house is decorated beautifully and it was immaculate when we walked in. We especially loved the cold coronas and lime that were waiting for us - such an awesome touch! The easy beach access made beach days simple and low maintenance and was perfect for kids. We also loved being so close to all that Flagler Avenue has to offer. I could on and on but will end by saying that I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect place to stay in NSB

Beautifully decorated & well maintained townhouse perfectly located in NSB. Loved relaxing on the upper balconiy watching waves & listening to the ocean. Could easily walk to restaurants on the beach for lunch or dinner or walk into town for a bit to eat. Kitchen is well stocked with high quality cookware and knives, the beds have luxurious linens and anything you would want for hanging out on the beach is provided (bikes, toys for kiddies, chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc). Highly recommend staying at this townhouse for a beach getaway!
