If you're looking for direct oceanfront property, and you want to be close to all the shops and restaurants on Flagler Avenue, this is it! A designer quality, luxury town home in the perfect location. This is a newer constructed, upscale, beachfront building with only 3 exclusive town homes located near the corner of the town's main street, and the beach.

Each home is 3-stories tall with direct and indirect ocean views. From your front door and across a parking lot is the white sand and waves below, and your front yard is a city park! The city of NSB recently invested $1.6M in a new beachfront park bordering this property with cabanas, a playground, and sand pit volleyball court. After a day on the beach you can still leave your car in the driveway and walk half a block to Flagler Avenue for coffee, dining, shopping, and nightlife.

This rental home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a total of 2 king beds and 2 queens. It is an open floor plan that will accommodate the entire guest party very comfortably. Off the entry level front door foyer is the first bedroom with a private exterior door to the beach outside and its own full bathroom.

On the main level is the second bedroom with another full bath, complete with walk-in glass shower. The main level also has a family room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen with all stainless appliances, custom wood cabinets, and real granite counter tops. These 3 living areas are open and adjoining so it is perfect for social interaction and entertaining. The dining table seats 6-8 and the bar top seats 4, all in the same room. The living room has lots of comfortable seating for watching the over-sized flat screen TV. From there, the main level balcony faces south-east with indirect ocean view and a stainless BBQ grill for that inevitable fresh seafood or steak dinner.

On the upper level is an incredible Master Bedroom with plush seating area and flat screen TV. Why Natasja of Turtle Town Vacation Rentals chose New Smyrna Beach

This beautiful beachfront town home is owned by my personal friends who take great care in furnishing and maintaining their vacation property. I consider it one of my absolute finest rentals: Direct oceanfront, spacious, clean, open floor plan, sleeps up to 8; all in either king or queen beds.

I communicate with hundreds of vacationers and it seems we're always forced to decide between being close to town or being close to the beach. This property is by far the best opportunity to have both! You can literally park your car in the driveway and leave it there the entire week, and still not have time to eat at all the restaurants that are within easy walking distance, before your check out. And of course, there is nothing better than walking up from the beach to your own freshwater showers and a cold drink in the fridge, all within in a couple of minutes!

What tops this off as a perfect rental property is the way it has been furnished, as if you just stepped into the pages of Southern Living or Beach Life magazine! The pictures say it all, and you will not be disappointed. Just be sure to book for your return trip next year right away because once this place gets discovered, the schedule will surely be filled with repeat visitors!

What makes this house unique

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The property is on the corner of the "Best Beach in Central Florida" and main street.

From the front door you can walk towards the left and be at the beach immediately, or go straight half a block and be at Flagler Avenue for a morning cup of coffee, afternoon shopping, or an evening with dinner and later dancing at the clubs, or you may go right and be at the Intracoastal Indian River about 4 blocks away.

Truly the best possible location to enjoy your time at what National Geographic Magazine calls one of the Top 20 Surf Towns in the world, also ranked Top 10 beach towns by Outdoor Magazine.

Great place to stay!

The house was just as described online, and was perfect for our party of seven. The upstairs bedrooms are very quiet, so if some people want to go to bed early and others (on lower floors) want to stay up, it is no problem. The three-story layout works very well. The house is right at the beach, and just one block away from Flagler Avenue. Natasja provided great customer service and made sure we had all we needed. If we have another large group visit New Smyrna Beach, we will definitely stay at this house again.

Amazing beachfront Location!

Fantastic home steps to the beautiful quiet beach. Home is beautifully decorated spacious and very functional. I block off Flagler you can walk to dinner downtown in the evening. Location is quiet and peaceful. Kitchen is incredibly well equipped and a joy to cook in. The bedrooms have their own private balconies. Home within easy reach of Orlando airport and house has designated parking. Best vacation ever, I cannot wait to come back!

Magnificent Location, Immaculate stroll to town

Beautiful property on the beach. Very roomy and functional house, well equipped kitchen. House is very tastefully furnished and high end linens and fittings. Bedrooms have their own private ocean view balconies. Stroll to town(1block). Nice to walk downtown for dinner(great restaurants). Home is very warm inviting and relaxing. The best part is pour you coffee in the morning and stroll 20 feet and you are on the beach. House is very roomy and fantastic gourmet kitchen!

Perfect location, perfect old school beach town

A dear friend who travels a lot says there is a difference between a trip and a vacation. A trip is when you do so many wonderful tours and have every minute planned. A vacation is what you sometimes need at the end of a trip. This was a vacation! This beach house was not only perfectly located, but clean and decorated tastefully and everything worked. The beach towels are in a closet by the entrance with a drying rack right there and a bench with space under for flip flops and shoes. Lots of stairs--it is three levels--but that didn't bother us. Our son and his wife and two babies (a 16 month old and a 5 week old) took the top level. Our daughter and her husband took the lower level. My husband and I took the main living level bedroom because he gets up really early every day.

Natasja was waiting to greet us when we arrived. (I had called her when we got close). There were two spots off street to park our rental cars. We made two short trips to the grocery store to buy groceries and one short drive to JB's Fish Camp for dinner on the dock but otherwise walked everywhere all week.

At the end of the driveway is the entrance and parking for the beach with a volleyball court and a small play ground, outdoor showering and bathrooms and picnic tables. The beach is gorgeous. Beautiful sand and beautiful ocean. We saw whales and dolphins (and a huge sting ray in a pool at low tide) and everyone had a blast with boogie boards and body surfing. Lifeguards were on constant truck patrol and we could see the lifeguard station from where we were.

It was a block walk to Flager Ave. Wonderful local shops and restaurants--not a franchise in sight! Our adult kids loved that it wasn't typical Starbucks, Pottery Barn, etc shopping---all unique lovely shops. Same was true for restaurants. From fish sandwiches to great sushi--even our vegetarian daughter was impressed with the food. The pizza at Third Wave was outstanding and the patio dining there and at Cafe Verde was delightful. We ate breakfast and lunch at the house most days. There were plenty of cooking utensils/vessels. Kids went out for sushi lunch (Sasaki Sushi) one day while babies were napping and it was fantastic. Every place we went was very baby friendly. All the people we met were friendly.

Perfect vacation. Most highly recommend. Happy to answer specific questions if you have them.

-Historic downtown Canal Street has fun shops and antiquing.

-Several marinas rent boats, canoes, kayaks, or guided boat tours.
