A loving and cozy space, that's full of art, light, warmth and color. It's located five minutes from the heart of Austin's most vibrant cuisine––Uchi, Odd Duck, Barley Swine, Barlata, Luke's Inside Out, Austin Beer Garden Brewing Co., Lenoir–– cool shops, honky-tonks and music venues, while simultaneously feeling completely peaceful and quiet, with a hammock you can call your very own.
The bedroom suite upstairs has a jacuzzi, my professor's book library and a stupid comfy lounge chair, plus a vinyl record player connected to a Sonos wifi speaker system that lets you hear the crackles of the record and the sweetness of all the notes––vinyl records included, so if you're a Dylan, Springsteen, or Thelonious Monk fan, you're covered. The bedroom downstairs opens to sunrises on the porch. There's also a third private bedroom if you have more than 4 people.
If you want to relax, turn on the 60" television in the living room, play some WiiU, or Playstation games, watch Netflix, or put on a movie from my cinephile movie collection. Play sweet dulcet tunes in every room of the house through the Sonos music system. Drink a few cocktails on the porch and relax in the backyard on the world's comfiest hammock. Or maybe a bubblebath in the jacuzzi after a long night on the dance floor at the world's best Country-Dancin' Honkey Tonk––the Broken Spoke––only 5 minutes away?
