This top floor (6th) condo is conveniently located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico at Panama City Beach, Florida. This unit has a king sized bed in master with a full attached bath. There is a bunk room in the hall across from the full kitchen and the unit has a 2nd full bath. There is a spacious living room with flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of seating. Outside on the patio there is comfortable seating for enjoying the sunsets or cooking and dining on the (no charcoal mess) electric grill. There are chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available for your use in the full laundry room across from the front door of the condo. The large/deep balcony always shade and sun! Whether you enjoy laying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this smaller family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it. This complex is about a 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 1 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd.

Well worth the money!

My family and I just stayed in this unit. We were extremely pleased. The location is great, since we have kids and we choose to not be around the party crowd. The room itself was very nice. Everything was well taken care of and I can't say that I have ever been to a condo that was as firinished as well as this one. It had beach chairs, umbrella, floats, sand toys, bandaids, even a little toolbox. You could tell the owner truly wants her guest to enjoy their stay and not worry about things they may have forgot or don't have. I was appreciative of the little notes that were left explaining things such as the baking soda that could also serve as jellyfish sting neutralizer. There was plenty of extra bedding for my teenager who loved the couch. My other kids LOVED the bunk room. They referred to it as their "tree house". The staff was wonderful and very helpful when needed. The elevator got stuck & we thought it would be a while and would have to carry everything six floors but the guy had it fixed in about 5 mins. The pool was smaller which I was worried about at first but we pretty much had the whole thing to ourselves. And when we didn't there was only about 10 people max at a time including my family. Parking was always easy and plenty of space in a short distance and was well monitored. The views were perfect. In fact I got some of my best shots yet of the sunset. (I would love to share them somehow.) The grill on the balcony really came in handy. No lines and rush trying to use a "share all" and no charcoal mess.

If I had to be very picky and find anything "wrong" with the condo it would be that the balcony bars were spaced further apart than we were used to in our previous rentals. I felt like my kids could have easily slipped out if I turned my back. Some of the other rooms had net things along the railings to prevent this which I liked. The door handle to the washer and dryer room is very annoying. It's very hard to unlock. But once opened serves as a great storage place as well as wash/dry area. I'm sure it is because of the salt. I would imagine it's hard to keep doornobs working properly on beach property. The tv provider wasn't my husbands or kids favorite. The channels were limited. But who needs tv when you have a whole ocean to explore? Overall it was very pleasing and I would highly recommend to others and will probably return in the future! And despite the VERY minor things I didn't love I still give this condo 5 stars.

A home at the beach ... not a beach condo!

This condo did not feel like a beach condo, but someone's home on the beach! A beautifully decorated, top floor condo. 1 large bedroom with adjoining full bath (large, mosaic-tiled, 1 sink counter, exhaust fan, double-lighted, shower/tub, nice linens, removable showerhead, great water pressure and HOT water), ceiling fan, large closet space, TV, plenty of drawer space, comfortable, king-sized bed with encased mattress. Down the hall is another storage closet, another smaller, but full bathroom, and then a very small room that has bunk beds. The kitchen is wonderful ... tiled counter-tops, lots of cabinet space, full frig with ice-maker, built-in microwave, full-sized stove, dishwasher, and stocked with EVERYTHING needed to cook, bake, and eat meals in condo! There a small "bar counter-top" with seating for 2 outside the kitchen. A large livingroom with a comfy couch and recliners, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and little things like playing cards and binoculars! Eating space is home to a large table seating for 6. The private balcony is wide and extra deep so you can sit in sun or shady table all day. An electric grill sits in a small alcove on the balcony and is perfect for grilling. And with the wide patio doors, you're looking out to the beach/Gulf from inside or outside on the balcony. WIFI is provided and has good speed, cell phone reception is fine. AC works excellently!

Across from front door is a private laundry room that has a large-sized washer and dryer, more storage, and some beach chair and toys.

Owners were very easy to communicate with throughout the process before AND after our stay. Very, Very responsive.

Mariner East is located on the eastern beaches of PCB, just west of St Andrews State Park. A large Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are within 5 min drive. This is a 6 floor property, 609 was 1 unit from the end. Property has plenty of parking, a clean, medium-sized pool located beach-side with lots of deck space and lounge chairs/tables, a pool table in game room, and shuffle board and tennis courts. The grounds are well-kept, lobby and elevator are kept clean, and the one staff person we interacted with was very friendly.

Overall, this condo was, indeed, a home for us for a week .... just wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was super clean and fully stocked with all of the basics and then some. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning! We have already recommended this unit to our friends and we will definitely be back ourselves!

This was our 2nd time staying at Mariner East, #609. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to come again in the fall! My 11 year old daughter enjoyed the bunk room and we all loved the view, the sand, the pool, the location, the condo... simply paradise! Thank you!

The condo was nice but cleanliness need more works

We stayed at the condo for one night. We arrived there a little early (half an hour) for check in so I called the manager. she said that the condo was ready but it wasn't. Talked to cleaning lady, she was a little a behind schedule due to the 4th of July weekend. She ran out of bunk bedding sheets but gave us queen sets instead. We were okay with that. The condo was nice but cleaning need more work.

Owner's Response: We wish that the tenant would have told either the housekeeper that was in the condo finishing up, or called us to say there was an issue. We could have had her reclean anything that wasn't cleaned to their satisfaction.

Loved my 4th stay at this great Mariner East condo

As noted in a previous review....we LOVE this place! The wifi wasn't working when I arrived so I called the super responsive and sweet manager (Cindy) and she had me press the reset on the router and I was surfing the web in 90 seconds. We spent a lot of time in the super clean pool this time.

Mariner East is a 6 story, 58 unit complex on the East end of Thomas Drive and the beach. It is about 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and is right on the beach. There is plenty of parking, a small gym, pool room, swimming pool, shuffle board, tennis courts and of course....the beach!
