This charming three bedroom, two bath contemporary sleeps 8 and is conveniently located near the ferry, town center and beaches. This home features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors, a finished basement recreation room (w/ ping pong table) and air conditioning throughout. The home's amenities also include cable TV, Blu-Ray DVD player with 50+ DVD movie titles, wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), Bose radio, full laundry, dish washer, outdoor gas grill and a "refreshing" outdoor shower. One minute walk to Tisbury town tennis courts. Three minute walk to Lake Tashmoo where you can enjoy sunsets on the dock. Just under a mile or 15 minute walk to town!

It is a short walk to the town for spectacular restaurants and shopping. This home is very close to Lake tashmoo where many of the local fisherman and lobsterman come in to port - a fun learning experience each day

Marthas Vineyard has spectacular ocean views on EVERY side of its shores. There are small cities, harbors, mountains, and beaches everywhere. The water on this island is crystal clear exactly the same color as the tropical waters of the southeast and southwest coasts of Florida. You can literally see the bottom for the equivalent of a football field…

I spent most of my life fishing and this island is inundated with striped bass on every shore. I caught stripers EVERY day, fishing from each coast line north, south, east, and west.

This trip to MV was a true success for us and this property was wonderful

clean, comfortable, well-appointed, convenient

Very nice, cozy yet still spacious. There were just the two of us, but it could easily accommodate 6+ people without getting crowded. Convenient to town, but far enough away to feel relatively secluded. Booking with the owner Tom was easy and he provided plenty of info both prior to arrival and in-home via brochures, etc. Home is very well kept up, clean, and has all the items needed to cook, etc. We were very happy with our experience, and would recommend it to anyone.

This is a home away from home!

This is a gorgeous house inside and out. Perfect for family and friends. Very peaceful neighborhood but still close to the town for some fun! I highly recommend this house for vacations and getaways!
