Peaceful, clean, & convenient 1 bed/1 bath in the heart of Alhambra on 4th St., near Main btw. Garfield & Atlantic. Within 5 min walk to many restaurants, cafes, movie theater, hospital, etc. Parking space included. Monthly rental preferred. 歡迎!

The unit is on the 2nd floor of a 8 unit building. The apartment has recently been updated with new hardwood floors, appliances, and furniture. The bedroom has a queen-sized, memory foam bed for amazing comfort. The space is very quiet, safe, clean, bright, and convenient.

Covered parking space is included. Laundry room is available in the back of the building.

Good and relax stay

Stayed at this apartment for about 6 nights and the location of the apartment is very good, lots of resturants are close by. Overall condition of the apartment is good. Maybe some minor improvements will help this apartment. 1.) There is no air conditioner in the bedroom so I have to leave the door open while turning on the air con in the living room (but Glendy is nice enough to put a fan in the bedroom when I told her regarding with my air con situation). Another problem is with the bathroom window, but Glendy said she will solve that problem rightaway.

Close to restaurants and shopping

this is right off of main street in Alhambra which allows for many options of restaurants and shops close by. The farmer's market was also just a block away. however, that being said, this made for noisy evenings and nights, especially on the weekends. I ended up having to use ear plugs to sleep which helped. I liked that the place had its own parking space and wifi. the only other downside was that the shower had a window with no curtain and a tall building that could look into the shower. I had problems with the door knob a couple of times but the owner was quick to respond and to get it resolved. All in all a good stay, close to downtown yet not as congested as downtown. LA fitness nearby and very practical for those without a car.

Owner's Response: This guest traveled to Alhambra to study, so he was super sensitive to any noise. Bathroom windows typically do not have curtains and are not transparent. Certainly if you don't close the window, it could be see through. In the end, the guest said he very much enjoyed their stay and asked to come stay with us again. Hope that is helpful.

Alhambra is considered one of the best cities in the San Gabriel Valley region of Los Angeles County. Alhambra manages to be a city with an actual small community feel. The area is safe, the streets are clean, restaurant selection is good, traffic and parking are manageable, and the people are friendly. Alhambra is bordered by South Pasadena on the northwest, San Marino on the north, San Gabriel on the east, Monterey Park on the south, and the Los Angeles districts of Monterey Hills and El Sereno on the west.

Alhambra's main business and restaurant district is Main St. between Garfield and Atlantic, which is just steps away from the building.
