Updated, spacious, and convenient 2 bed/1 bath 2nd floor apartment in 12 unit building just steps away from S Lake Ave. 2-blocks to Colorado and Caltech; 1mi to Old Town & Rose Bowl. Monthly rentals preferred.

The two bedroom both have very luxurious,queen sized memory foam beds for amazing comfort. Features include updated kitchen, bathroom, closet space, new hardwood floors, and extra sheets/towels.

Gate parking space is included. Laundry room is available in the building.

A very good choice to stay in Pasadena

I spent 35 days in this apartment and I would recommend this property for:

Good Location: just steps away from S Lake Ave. 2-blocks to Colorado and Caltech. 1,5 miles to the Old Town. Close to restaurants and shops.

The property was clean and well-maintained.

The owner was kind with us and provided good customer service.

Nice apartment

This apartment is spacious and has lots of natural light. Looks like it has been recently remodeled. Kitchen looks new and has granite countertops. It's on the second floor and in the middle of the row, so we didn't hear any street noise. Neighbors were quiet. Washer and dryer were available in the gated parking garage. There are pots and pans, but no other cooking equipment, such as large bowls or mixing spoons. I would recommend you take your own washcloths, dish rags and towels.
