spacious rooms and a great location

  • 4 of 5

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apt in a great location. It is very sparsely furnished, and was lacking in some basics, like a coffee pot, toaster, ice cube trays, silverware, mixing bowls, utensils. No hairdryer as advertised, and no extra blankets. no kitchen towels, no washcloths or extra towels. It was very noisy as well as it was right over the automatic metal garage for the complex.

Unpleasant stay

  • 1 of 5

We are from Arizona and our son who lives here in LA was admitted into the hospital with severe medical issues for 3 months. We spend most of our time at the hospital and needed a nice quiet place to stay to rest. We had rented a place close by in this same neighborhood which was very pleasant but was not available during our entire stay. We found this place hoping we would have the same pleasant experience but was very disappointed to find that this was not the case. All day and night you heard the door of the parking garage open and close very loudly, the people upstairs walking and making noise, and the garbage shoot right outside the condo was very distracting. This condo was not stocked at all, I had to by extra bath towells, paper towells, toilet paper, coffee maker, toaster, and a mop to clean the floors. The place was very stark and cold feeling. The kitchen only had 4 sets of plates, silverware, and a couple pans to cook. I could not wait to leave this dreadful place!

Nice Property.

  • 4 of 5

We stayed in this property for a week and a half as a family. The property manager responds very, very quickly. She is extremely responsive to any concerns that we had, and is very good with written communication. The apartment building is older, and the apartment is relatively sparsely furnished, but the apartment is well kept and recently remodeled. This apartment is on the first floor. We rented two apartments from the manager in the same building, and would consider returning to the same property when we return to the area. We did have a number of struggles with the getting the apartment booked, but that was an issue with Homeaway, and not with the apartment manager.
