With two spacious bedrooms and a pull-out sofa, this condo accommodates up to 5 people. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, large closet, and adjoining bathroom. In this private oasis you'll probably forget you aren't at home. The second bedroom, on the opposite side of the apartment, has a heavenly queen bed and spacious closet. Privacy is never an issue in this condo.
Hardwood floors throughout are just the tip of the iceberg as far as upscale elements. Both bathrooms have been outfitted with premium Grohe fixtures. The kitchen boasts custom-crafted European cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel GE appliances. And let's not forget the in-home Bosch washer and dryer.

The location was amazing. We were able to walk to most of the attractions. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property.
City living. Some noise through out day and night. Some light come through the window shade. These don't bother us; but they might affect some suburban dwellers.
Great apartment only issue parking but room was prepare, clean & overall thr experience was well organize !

This place was clean and they even tried to accommodate our early check in. The staff I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant. It was only 45 min earlier than normal check in but it was the thought and attention to the request that I found to be so nice. I will agree, it was noisy from the street- the condo faces Chestnut. So we could hear people on the street arguing, but you should expect that from a down town condo. My co-worker and I felt a little unsafe in the area at night, but that has nothing to do with the condo itself. We just took an Uber everywhere we went. Just something you should consider. My only suggestion would be to change the shower curtain situation in the master bath. It's a very low profile tub with a curved curtain bar so the water soaks the bathroom floor. That's an easy fix. Thanks!
