This was by far the most amazing condo I have ever stayed in. With all the well planned amenities, it truly feels like home, but better! The view of the ocean is beyond compare and you actually feel as though you are the only person in the building. In true zen practices, it is the perfect balance. There is a calmness that came over me while I was there, but at the same time there is a wide variety of activities to choose from. It is obvious the owner put much thought into the comfort of staying here, with its unique design, and tasteful placement of all that is necessary, it is a true oasis. I cannot wait to return!

Amazing!!

The pictures don't lie! The condo is gorgeous. The high ceilings made it feel so much bigger than other places I've stayed in PCB. The decor was beautiful, comfortable, and so inviting. Having it furnished with beach chairs, blankets, toys, and an umbrella was fantastic! We used it all every day we were there. The kitchen surprised me with all the extra dishes and pots/pans. They literally had everything you could want if you plan to cook your own meals. The extra dishwasher soap and laundry detergent were a nice touch as well. And then of course the picture perfect balcony was personally my favorite...the furniture was comfortable and you couldn't beat the view. It was large enough that all 6 of us could be out there for a meal and we didn't feel crowded. My only complaint of the entire condo was the sheets on the master bedroom bed weren't as soft as I would of liked. They seemed to be balling. But the bed was comfortable and we all enjoyed every nights sleep. The pool and hot tub are very nice, as is the parking garage. Having a reserved spot right by the elevator was incredibly nice for packing and unpacking the vehicle, as well as being back and forth with small children. Book this condo, you will LOVE it!! I hope to return next year!

This could be a gem, but Condo needs maintenance and new towels and sheets

This Condo could be a gem. I can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into the decor when they started leasing it out, but the unit is in need of urgent maintenance as well as new towels and bedding. There was sand on the floors when we arrived and the bedding in the master bedroom had make-up and self tanner stains on them. The hair of previous renters were still in the bed. We checked the towels and it had make-up and nail polish stains on them. We called the cleaning service who came out to redo the bedding. She left us with towels, but the towels she left smelled horrible and we decided not to use them. She removed the bed cover saying that the owners need to replace it. We were left with a brown cover for the bed. We ended up buying new towels and cleaning supplies.

Both bathrooms have horrible mold stains on the bath. They have liquid soap dispensers in both that have black mold marks underneath. The AC filters are clogged up and need to be replaced. Several light fixtures are missing.

We were able to relax a bit after cleaning this unit. But I will never rent through this management company again. This is our 4th time coming back to Ocean Reef, first time renting this unit, and I have never seen a Condo in such bad condition.

On the positive side: The balcony is beautiful and large. I spent most of my time there. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The silverware needs to be replaced. Parking spot is close to elevator...easy to access.

Please hire a handyman to maintain this unit. Please invest in buying new towels, sheets, bedding. Clean towels and clean bedding is a must.

Love it here!

Lovely decor and comfortable furnishings. Peaceful balcony. Stunning views from condo with great beach, ocean, pool. Love the mini golf and go carts near by.

Condo is quiet as its up high and you cannot hear road noise or neighbors.

Awesome vacation

Great condo! Love the beautiful decor and high ceilings. My husband is disabled and parking spot was very close to the elevator, condo directly across from elevator also. We didn't know this prior and it couldn't have worked out better for our family. The very large balcony was a definite plus. Very tranquil. Staff was very helpful. Had a couple minor issues but was taken care of promptly. Most relaxing vacation, beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Of first time we were in Panama City and loved our stay , The owners were so helpful from the time I booked the reservation until it was time to arrive.The condo was so comfortable and clean. The views from every room were beautiful!

The condo was beautiful and included everything we needed. The location was perfect and having the beach umbrella was an added plus. We were so fortunate to have a week of perfect weather. Thank you for a very memorable vacation.The condo is located at an ideal location with a wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. Walmart is close too. I would highly recommend this property to any friend or relative.And thank you VRBO for letting us find a great place to stay. I would love to return this year in autumn on our anniversary!

Zen by the Sea: Perfect rental property with beautiful décor and AMAZING views. Relaxing and tranquil, I did have a of Zen moment. We attended the Sea Breeze Jazz Festival at Pier Park so the location was great.

We enjoyed all the nearby attractions and eateries.. One in particular Coconuts in restaurants... Thank you Dennis.
