Excellent, warm and central apartment .

We've stayed here, my wife and me ten days visiting the family in LA. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment is very elegant, warm, spacious and well equipped. Additionally it's very central. And the hospitality of Vivienne and Leonard was fabulous.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay

Vivienne and Leonard were great hosts. We were able to get some tips on places from them; all good ones.

The location is perfect for seeing the Hollywood sites, Farmer's Market, Canter's, etc.

Nearby Coyote Café had good Mexican and Milk next door had great ice cream.

The apartment was a great size, clean, had everything we needed, and well decorated. It was great to have laundry.

As others said, parking is not a problem. The furthest we ever parked was 2 houses down.

If we go back to LA, this is the first place we will look to stay. You should do the same.

Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, very clean apartment. All the essentials were provided including parking which can be challenging in this neighborhood. The location was perfect for visiting with family near by. And we always love to be in walking distance of the Farmers Market and our favorite coffee shop. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Spacious and great location in nice neighborhood near Hollywood

We loved our stay in this apartment. The location was perfect for what we had planned for our first trip to L.A. We were close to Paramount Studios, Griffith Park, Sunset, Melrose and Santa Monica Blvd. We rented a car and parking was fine but we did use Lyft often. We walked to Edewhon Grocery. Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Ralph's were all a close drive. The apartment has a full kitchen and all the necessary kitchen tools for the stove top and oven which we definitely used. The washer and dryer was great. There were plenty of linens, towels, pillows, blankets. It was a roomy size for the 2 of us. I love a separate bedroom when traveling and this one was quiet and very comfortable. My husband liked the cable/direct TV?. It had all the channels he likes to watch. The neighborhood was quiet as well. Vivienne and Leonard were gracious hosts. We didn't get a chance to meet them but they were a text away if needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in L.A.

Very nice clean comfortable uniti n the heart of West Hollywood.

Property is close to many restaurants and the Grove shopping area. Len and Vivienne are wonderful hosts who are hands on and approachable to help with your stay. Parking is included which is an added bonus. Much better and more economical than renting a hotel room. Would highly recommend

Lovely Upstairs Apartment with full amenities in very accessible and fun area of LA!

Our family stayed here during spring break and it was perfect. Bedroom, pull out couch, space for an aero bed, 2 bathrooms, functional kitchen and laundry!! Parking is street parking with a provided permit and we never had an issue finding a spot. For us, this location was central to all of our needs. The owners were accommodating and very friendly...my only concern with kids was how loud we were going to be as this unit has hard wood floors and is on the top floor above a rented apartment. Hoping we were quiet enough....we were not told that we were loud or to keep it down. Did our best keeping the kids noise to respectable level but with three under the age of 10...it gets loud!

This is a great spot and I highly recommend!
