Kitchen is fully equipped and has dishwasher and microwave built in. Central heat and air. Recessed lighting. French windows.

Hi, My husband and I are retired and love to host guests in our completely separate apartment that is located on our property. I used to be a travel agent so I understand the importance of a nice and clean accommodation.

Why Vivienne and Leonard chose Los Angeles

We live on the premises. This is where we raised our family. It is a triplex and we live in the front unit. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

In town to visit family for Christmas. Wonderful stay! Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need. Walkable to The Grove and Farmers Market with tons of great restaurants. Permit parking for your car. Hope to make it our go to place to stay when in LA. Thanks Vivienne!!!

It's so wonderful we're still here!! We have to be in LA for a month and the apartment wasn't available the entire time so we were going to leave and come back, but it became available for the entire time so good for us! This is our second stay here (or third if you count that it was two reservations), but certainly not our last! There aren't enough good things I can say about it! It's impeccably clean, easily accessible, parking if you have a car is great, permit provided, and within walking distance of anything you could need or want. And the owners are incredibly nice and accommodating! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Very happy visitors from England

We spent 5 nights in this beautiful apartment and it was a total pleasure . The place was spotless and even nicer than it looks on the photographs. Vivienne had left little touches everywhere to make our stay more pleasurable even English tea bags which were really appreciated .We had a hire car and parking was very easy in the street . The surrounding area is lovely and felt very safe to walk around .We visited The Grove on an evening which has some lovely shops and restaurants and is only about a 10 minute walk away . If you are looking for a decent breakfast Canters Deli is the place to go and only a short drive away . All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again if we were ever in LA its so much nicer and loads cheaper than staying in an hotel

Perfect location and well kept property.

Just came back from our trip to LA and definitely wasn't ready to come back. We had the most wonderful time and were able to walk and uber everywhere. Vivienne/Len were very gracious and accommodating. We can't wait for our next visit.
