A newly renovated bathroom connects a private large sunny primary bedroom holding a queen. 2nd FLOOR—3 bedrooms—2 good sized sunny bedrooms (the Queen is newly furnished, and the twin has new accessories) and 1 cozy double gives you the feel of a delightful bed and breakfast. A full bath supports these bedrooms. YOU WILL HAVE ALL THE SPACE YOU NEED! This home will be part of the spring 2024 Orleans Improvement Association Garden Tours spotlighting its beautiful gardens and stunning plantings! Wonderful House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was exactly as pictured and was exceptionally clean. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out - we loved all the different sitting areas. The kitchen is small but is incredibly well-stocked. The outdoor area and grill were fabulous. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, interesting gardens, and the cedar grove. Would love to rent it again.

Excellent house, well appointed, much common space, very clean, bedrooms good size (mattresses a bit less positive). Terrific location. Only complaint - check-in and out hours seemed unreasonable.

old world cape

beautiful old style cape cod home w/ extensions to provide for a sitting place for all (except in kitchen, which is a bit tight), lovely garden (w/ new weber grill) in a beautiful section of Orleans just minutes from principal beach. A perfect stay during a perfect week of classic New England weather. Given age of house, home a bit musty at first but once windows are opened (those with screens) all good. some miscommunication at first with rental agency but quickly sorted and thereafter responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house location was great and the mature gardens were enjoyable. The house clearly has been loved and the bedrooms w/ AC were comfortable. There are 2 opportunities to improve: (1) Outdoor shower and (2) kitchen is small. I recommend installing an outdoor shower - it is something we all look forward to as part of the cape rental experience. Thank you!
