St. Lawrence Gap and the town of Oistins. 201 is a second floor unit with stunning views of the

Caribbean Sea and easy access to the pool and beach.

sqare foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury condominium, which is fully air conditioned and has ceiling

fans throughout.

Many amenities are nearby; Both Worthing and Oistins are nearby with grocery stores, banks,

convenience stores, duty free shops, and countless other conveniences and attractions. There are a

large array of dining options available, from casual beach restaurants to trendy sports bars to some

Near by: World famous St Lawrence Gap is just up the road offering

Hello Rex,

I"m sending this a tad bit late but I do want to let you know about our recent stay at Maxwell Beach Villa 201. We stayed the first week of March. The villa exceeded our greatest expectations. Well kept, comfortable furnishings, extremely friendly helpful people on site. The views were breathtakingly fabulous!!!!! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday. Thanks too for all your assistance. It was an incredible 2 weeks in paradise.

Beautiful views and a great location

This is our second stay at the Maxwell Beach Villas. They are on a great beach for swimming and the pool is very nice to take a dip in. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen has all the conveniences of home. It is a short walk/drive into Oistens to the grocery store and Friday night Fish Fry. Peter was there to meet us and responded quickly when we had questions during our stay.

Paradise found

Our vacation was greatly anticipated and did not disappoint. The condo was beautiful, private, spacious, well-appointed, and ideally located. It was truly as advertised.

And we can't say enough wonderful things about Peter, his wife and Caesar. They answered our many questions which made our stay that more enjoyable.

The people of Barbados are so kind, helpful, polite, and cheerful. It is infectious. We rented a car, from Stoutes, which allowed us the opportunity to explore the island and beautiful people. We visited Harrison's Cave, took a Segway of Barbados tour along the northern cliffs of St. Lucy, spent a day at the beach at The Crane, flying fish sandwiches and rum punch at Bombas, took a trek through Bridgetown, Friday night Oistin's fish fry at Chillin & Grillin, enjoyed many local eateries, relaxed on our private beach, enjoyed sunsets on our balcony, and rested under the palm trees in the pool area.

Our teenage sons, and ourselves, cannot wait to visit Barbados again. We would highly recommend this rental.

Amazing

This Condo is amazing , you have all near by . The description and pictures are exactly what you will find when you arrive. Its easy to find from Airport. The Condo is nicely ,you have a great Pool area , always taking care of , the Ocean is directly a step out of you're door.

Its amazing this view during breakfast or a cup of Coffee .

Peter is really helpful with all Questions you may have.

A nice spot we found in walking distance is Surfers Cafe...you will get a Drink , Dinner Breakfast ...

We will definitely recommend this place to our friends ....

Amazing condo

My family and I spent 10 days at this gorgeous condo last year. I am originally from Barbados, and must say that this condo is exactly as described. The owner was very pleasant and went out of his way to make our visit enjoyable. The apartment is clean and we loved the view from the patio. We ate all our meals from the patio and the beautiful ocean view was spectacular each and every day. Also loved the pool and that we could walk directly onto the beach. We rented a car to get around and visit family and friends, but for those who don't want to rent, the location is right on the bus and minibus route and a mere 10 minute walk from Oistins, Chefette and a small shopping mall, which includes a bank and supermarket. The complex is also well maintained, and the staff were accommodating. Loved the security guard, who went out of his way to be welcoming and charming with my two girls. When I come to visit my home again, I will definitely look into booking this apartment. I highly recommend it for a relaxing and fun vacation!!!!

Barbados Lovers

This was our first time staying at the Maxwell Beach Villas and we were very impressed. The condo looks exactly as it does in the pictures and the view is exquisite. The breezes allowed us to turn off the a/c and just have the patio doors open in both the master bedroom and the living room. We didn't feel we were missing any amenities and we were happy to have a water cooler and ice machine in the fridge. We brought our own reusable water bottles from home and were able to fill and take them everywhere. Also, the bedrooms are separated by the washrooms which provides additional privacy for two couples. It was great to have the beach right there, but unfortunately if you get a really windy day, the waves tend to prevent you from hanging out down there with towels or chairs. We were a family with adult children and the villa is a great location relative to Oistens, but a little far from the St. Lawrence Gap area. It is probably best suited to people looking for a quieter accommodation, but I don't have anything else negative to say about our stay here. We felt very safe and comfortable. For us, that condo in a different location would be perfect. Thanks for another great time.
