FREE BEACH SET-UP Unit 1104 is located on the tenth floor of Tower one. Beautifully remodeled and spacious two bedroom two bath unit with an open kitchen, large flat screen TV's in bedrooms and living room, Free WiFi provided and a washer and dryer in the unit for guest convenience. There is an open balcony with a great view of the beach. Two King Beds and a sleeper sofa and the master bath has a walk-in shower. Includes 3 TV's and 1 DVD player.

Enjoy your early morning coffee or late night dinner on the balcony. You might be able to see a school of dolphins swimming by.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

**In the Fall of 2021 Shoreline Towers began a renovation project and all windows and sliding glass doors are being replaced. Balconies will be repainted, and new floor surfacing will be installed. Unit 1104 is open & ready for rentals. Balconies are set to reopen February 1st. Although, dates are subject to change depending upon weather.**

Spring getaway

This is our third time to return to the towers, the second time in this unit . the last time we were here was 2021. we had a bit of difficulty locating the unit based on the unit number and we’re not able to get a hold of anyone in the office since it was Easter Sunday at 4:30. My husband finally figured out it was not the 11th floor, but 10th floor of tower one unit four. Once we figured that out, we had no issues through remainder of the week. We loved our stay. It was just too short!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Balcony furniture not as depicted. No table or chairs... Just cheap wicker set with moldy cushions made it unusable. Dining room chairs worn out and uncomfortable. Bed pillows badly need replaced. No hand soap or tissues - had to go buy our own. Unit 1104 not worth the cost. Shoreline towers is great but wont stay in this unit again.

Perfect winter getaway

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Shoreline Towers, and even with construction updates happening all around, we have really enjoyed the complex. Management has always been very responsive when small issues arise, and the pricing they offer is quite a bit lower than if you try to rent through other agencies or owners

enjoyed

everything was great. only things that didn't work was the ice maker and the free umbrella, chairs setup. no workers were at the stairs to ask them. those are small things, over all it was very enjoyable.
