Comfortable -- Wheel Chair Accessible -- Undercover Parking

This is the perfect location for your vacation. 1/2 block from the beach; 1/2 block from the entertainment center; at least 6 restaurants within easy walking distance. We love the location and we love our condo. We believe in comfort for ourselves and our renters so the unit is furnished with comfort in mind and includes a new 55" TV and a super comfortable leather Lazy Boy recliner & a great Morris chair as well as recliner couch. The kitchen is a working kitchen with new pots and pans, nice dishes, and everything you need to make a meal. We added new appliances and new quartz counter tops to make it even easier to work in and clean up. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a twin size bed to easily sleep 3 on new mattresses as well as a dresser with mirror, a small tv and a night stand with lamp; the other bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed both with decent mattresses, a tv, chest of drawers, and a night stand with lamp; the third bedroom is set up as an office with a queen size pull out couch with a new mattress for sleeping, a chest of drawers, a desk and a smart tv. The master bath has plenty of room with a vanity and an extra storage area for towels and a tub and shower. The second bathroom is also generous in size and has a step-in shower as well as a vanity with storage.

We provide 2 parking places--one undercover. This means you never have to find a parking spot to go to the beach. We are an easy walk to the beach (just 1/2 block away) and back to the condo for a snack, lunch or a dip in the heated pool.

If you are interested in long-term rentals of more than 30 days, please contact me. Special deals are available for longer stays and stays of 30 days or more are not subject to Occupancy tax..

About Jackie Boyer

We just purchased this condo as we love the area and want to spend more time away from the cold winters in Wisconsin. We plan to live here for at least 5 months of the year - December through April. We have furnished the condo for our comfort and hopefully you will enjoy it as much as we do. We really love this condo and hope you do too. Sorry, NO PETS and NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO.

We have owned property in the complex for 15 years. The property is well maintained and centrally located to everything you need on the island. The grocery store, drug store, beach and bay, as well as many good restaurants are all located within easy walking distance. You do not need a car as the free bus stops 1/2 block away to take you where ever you want to go.

What makes this condo unique

This is a small complex--only 14 units and is a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Its unique location is perfect for just about any activity on the island. As the Condo Association does not allow renting to Spring Breakers or single individuals under age 25 and enforces quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am it is a great place for families to relax and enjoy their vacation.

We live here for 4-5 months of the year. As a result our condo in completely furnished with everything we need and want to live comfortably. Please note that Condo Association does not allow trailers of any kind in the parking area and does not allow charcoal grills anywhere on the premises.

This was perfectly matched for our get away. I enjoyed the roominess of the condo, it was conveniently located and easy access for what we planned to do on the island. The kitchen was nicely stocked for most of our cooking needs as well. Hope to be staying here again in the near future!
