About this property

In the village of Akamatra 5 km from the harbor of Evdilos we rent a bio climatic house built from stone and earth 250 years ago.
We restored it with love and great deal of personal labor and we hope to share with our guests the beauty of our island.
The house is located in a site with magnificent view, surrounded by gardens full of fresh vegetables and trees.

The property has a traditional feel to it with exposed stonework and wooden beams and has two bedrooms: Both bedrooms have double beds

Beautiful cottage with so much charm

The property was just beautiful, restored in a very caring way. The views from the veranda were stunning, and the place was an oases of calm. Loved everything about it!

Très bel endroit avec une vue imprenable

Cet endroit est sublime et Géorgia est vraiment sympathique. Nous avons apprécié la maison et ses terrasses.sejour trés reposant. La place du village de akamatra est très agréable et d'une douceur absolue Je recommande cette location et nous y retournerons sans doute.

Calme, nature et zen

Très beau coup de coeur pour la magnifique vue. Très belle ambiance et atmosphère de la maison. Le village est facilement accessible à pieds. Accueil chaleureux de notre hôte. La mer n'est pas loin en voiture. Je recommande chaleureusement.

Una chicca in mezzo alla natura

Splendido edificio d’epoca, ristrutturato divinamente e immerso nella natura di Ikaria, da cui si respira il vero spirito dell’isola. Caratteristico anche il paese in cui si trova. Nelle vicinanze c’è anche un ottimo ristorante. Ovviamente, trovandosi la residenza in campagna, non è mancata la consistente presenza di animali (galli, capre, zanzare, mosche, vespe…). L’host è estremamente simpatica e disponibile. Utilissimo il libro su Ikaria trovato all’interno della casa.
