Or 5-10 min drive will get you to trendy Venice beach shops and restaurants, or great selection of restaurants and fun crowd by 3 min away by Sony Studios. Great Homeaway.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 1 week in feb 2017 along with our 12yr old daughter. Our experience went well from arrival to departure. Inna was very quik to respond to messages and return security deposit. The property was secure and everything seemed to be well maintained. It was fully equipped with everything as stated in the description and looked just like the photos . The main bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels, blankets. Off street parking in a secure parking garage with tandem parking spaces was a plus. A dumpster was also available for trash. The location of the property definetly makes for convenient travel to many different area's of LA. I'm not so sure convenient travel and LA belong in the same sentence but for us on our 1st trip ever to the LA area and coming from a small town in NY the location was a plus.Overall we had a great stay here with no issues at all. We felt it was very reasonably priced and all we needed for our stay. We would definetly stay again. Thank you Inna for giving people an option other than a hotel by making your property available to others.

Best home away from home we stayed

This place has the most comfortable king size bed I ever slept on even better than my own!

The apt decor is very homey. The neighborhood is very quiet and not too far to the beach.

Inna is very easy to get in touch if you need anything. We really enjoyed our 5 nights stay in

Del Rey. Dear John steakhouse only a few minutes from the apt was a treat. They have live (old school) music on Friday and Saturday nights.

Would definitely stay here again if we are in the LA area

Cute and Clean Apartment

This apartment had everything we needed during our stay. My biggest complaint is that the morning before we left, someone started mowing and weed-whacking right outside the bedroom window at 6am and it lasted for OVER 2 HOURS. Also, the garage was really frustrating to use, you have to get out of your car and open the garage gate with a key and then get back in and drive through. But other than that, it was a smooth stay.

Owner's Response: Dear tenant, Thanks for your review. We have no control of loan mowers for other buildings. The garage is key operated in order to protect security of our guests that could be jeopardized by remote controls that other tenants left with. I'm sure you wouldn't want any unauthorized guests visiting the building and your car at night. Having to get out of your car to open the garage gate is a lot less frustrating than having lack of security. We do make exceptions for long term tenant however, and provide them with the remote. The stay has to be two weeks or more. Our tenants safety is our priority.

rough start but overall very nice apartment in a nice area

The stay started off bad, when I went to the lock box there were no keys there. I called the manager and they opened the apartment that I had reserved and there was someone else there. they said they had made a mistake on the reservation and had given the room to someone else. luckily they were able to give me another apartment to use for a couple days then had to move 2 days later the the originally reserved apartment. they did apologize and gave me a bottle of wine for the inconvenience and had the cleaners move our things to the other apartment. other than that rough start, the apartments were very nice, clean, well furnished, quiet, the gated parking was definitely a plus. the apartment was in a nice location with restaurants walking distance away.
