We had a great time! We felt it was our little home away from home. We would highly recommend it.

Good location and parking

Good location, fully stocked with essentials. Glad parking was behind unit close. Bedding was great too. Tv's in both bedrooms came in handy.

Fantastic Stay in a Great Location

  • 5 of 5

For one week in June, my son and I had the pleasure of staying in this fabulous property. Ideally located for exploring LA-area, the 2-bedroom apartment was immaculate and very well appointed. All the comforts of home and then some! Private parking area, nice residential area, beautifully furnished. We will definitely stay here again!

This was my first time renting a vacation home and I was sort of hesitant to do so, but I am so glad I did. When I arrived to the property I literally was in awe. I did not think this place was going to be so nice. It's very spacious and modern and in a PERFECT location. The rooms and closets were big with TV's in both bedrooms, a great bathroom, pretty dining room and beautiful living area. It was very clean and Mindy, the owner, was SO nice and helpful. I texted her with any problems I had and she helped with whatever was needed, which was nothing. Everything was perfect.

I walked to a lot of places from the property because they all were in close proximity. Robertson Blvd, which is 2 seconds up the road from here, has great shopping and restaurants. I walked to Melrose and Sunset as well.

There are 2 neighbors in the complex who are both very sweet. They are not noisy and will help you with any questions you might have for restaurant recommendations and things of that nature.

There is a fantastic back patio with a huge umbrella to sit under. Definitely take advantage of that!

If your looking for a place to stay in LA, pick this one. You will not regret it. I will never stay in a hotel again when I come to LA. This Burton bungalow will always be my second home!

Highly recommended

  • 5 of 5

Very well maintained and clean. Excellent location close to downtown Beverly Hills and Robertson/Beverly shops and restaurants. Grocery stores close by. Off street parking was a big plus. TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Decor is bright and sunny. Cool breezes come thru the windows. There was one glitch with the air conditioner, but the owner responded immediately. Beautiful neighborhood. Quiet and restful. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, quiet, clean, and convenient!

  • 5 of 5

This beautiful property was in a great location; wonderful neighborhood with everything within walking distance. It was quiet, even from the neighbors within the same complex. The owners made the process incredibly easy, and were available at all times to answer any questions I had. Great customer service. It was not only clean and well-appointed, but it was well-stocked with any necessities I might have needed throughout my extended stay. There was a great courtyard space with a grill. Very peaceful. Made me feel at home. I would recommend this property for any duration of stay; long or short.
