a newly furnished apartment with a breathtaking view over the Golf course and the Mediterranean. The apartment has two bed- and two bathrooms, has A/C, a large terrace which is directly attached to the living- and main bedroom. On the terrace there is a beautiful lounge set to your disposal. The main bathroom is en suite , has a Jacuzzi and the other one is next to the second bedroom. The main bedroom also has a double bed and a lot of clothing space, also you will find a safe in the closet. The second bedroom has two single beds and similar closets to the first one. From sunrise until way in the afternoon you can enjoy the sun on the terrace. Duquesa Village is a Urbanisacion which is protected 24/7, guards at the entrance, has 5 large swimming pools, and a paddle tennis court. The entrance of the Duquesa Golf course, which is just outside the apartment, is only three minutes away. There is large kitchen in the apartment with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and lots more. Next to the kitchen there is a washing machine and dryer. In the living room there is a TV, DVD and Philips record player with CD, USB and Radio. There is also a large collection of DVD's, CD''s to your disposal. Next to all this there is WIFI in the apartment. You can park your car close by, only a few steps away. Next to the five Pools the Urbanisacion has beautiful landscaped gardens all over the complex. To the beach, which lies on both sides of Puerto de la Duquesa, is only a three minute drive down the hill. In the beautiful Port there are shops, restaurants and cafes at very reasonable prices. If you want to find more excitement it is only a 10 minute drive to Estepona, 20 minutes to Puerto Banus, 25 minutes to Marbella and 25 minutes to Gibraltar. Are you in for a day trip? Beautiful cities like Sevilla and Granada are only a 2,5 hours drive away, Malaga only an hour and in the winter a Skiing trip belongs to the possibilities, the Sierra Nevada is also only 2,5 hours away. Duquesa Village can be reached from the airport, by car, in just 50-55 minutes.

Why Arjan and Simone van Gemeren chose Manilva area

Before we bought this property we visited at least 10-12 others and actually decided to go back home and come back another time. The last property we visited was Duquesa Village. The reason we fell for this Apartment was on one side the breathtaking view from the large terrace over the Golf course and Sea. The specious Apartment, the beautiful maintained Gardens, the 5 large Pools and a Golf Course next to us. We can relax on the terrace, have sun on it straight away in the morning and have bigger cities like Estepona, Marbella, Malaga in driving distance. So everything we need is surrounding us, relaxation, sports, ports, shops, night life and much more, in other words no time to get bored.

What makes this apartment unique

A spacious Apartment, a large Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms and most important a large terrace with lounge set which overlooks the Golf and Sea.

Even if you wake up in the morning from your bed you can oversee this all. The pools are nearby,so are the beaches so everything you wish for a Holiday.

La Duquesa Village is ideally located for day trips to Gibraltar, a 25 minute drive, Marbella/Puerto Banus also a 20-25 minute drive and even Malaga which is only a hour drive away. In Gibraltar you can visit the rock, see the monkeys and lots more, go tax free shopping but don't forget your passport! In Marbella/Puerto Banus you will find numerous restaurants, bars, night life and the biggest mall on the Costa del Sol, La Canada, with around 280 shops. All fashion brands available. Malaga is also more than worth a visit, the beautiful Harbor, city center and markets. Next to all this you can visit Sotogrande only a 10 minute drive and every Sunday there is a market. There are Water parks along the coast line, you can go carting visit Zoo's and lots more. Never a doll moment, you will for certain enjoy your stay.

If you just want to relax, no problem with beautiful beaches surrounding you from Puerto La Duquesa to Sabanillas to Estepona and further.
