Great stay at Encantada!

Our group of 4 friends stayed at this property in A+ for communication with the host. He allowed an early check in, and even though the code didn’t work when I got there, he rectified the situation very quickly. There is one Q bedroom on the first floor and 3BR (Q/T/T) upstairs. The twin bedrooms share a bathroom and the two queens have their own. The only change I would make upstairs is to add a small dresser, mirror and hangers to the twin rooms. There was a starter pack - laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and trash bags; no hand soap, body soap, shampoo, etc. In the pool area, there was a small table and chairs, and 2 loungers. The walk to the pool takes about 6-8 min. It was pretty quiet and only about 20 people at the pool each day (half vacationers/half owners). I was hoping for a sundries shop but was told it closed during Covid. 7-11 and 2 restaurants are within a 20 min walk (didn't try them) however there are some really great restaurants within a 6-7 min drive. Lazy Dog had wonderful food, great server, and perfect ambiance! The bar food was pretty good for a quick lunch - about 6 entrees (quesadilla, burger, chicken sandwich, salad..) and some apps. They served house liquor, 2 beers on draft, a couple of canned beers and house wine. The guys that worked there were very nice. We all missed having a hot tub at the house and a more upbeat resort type area. However the house was a great deal for the money spent and Manuel was a wonderful host!

Amazing location and property

Location is perfect for Disney. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The days we didn't spend at disney we were at the pool. It had everything 2 families with 4 kids could want. Manuel is an accommodating and kind host. Would definitely stay there again!

Our site was very well suited for us. Clean and spacious. Thought we were to have a hot tub but i pribably misunderstood. We really enjoyed the 2 pools and hit tubs at the clubhouse. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

All around it was a great place to stay, communication with the owner was terrific. I had a few questions about the amenities such as the coffee maker. My husband wanted to know if it was a keurig or a regular coffee pot. It is a regular coffee pot and we’re told we would have to supply our own filters and of course coffee. When we got to the house there were enough filters for our entire stay and a small bag of coffee waiting for us. My husband was very pleased. The house was clean and the pool was warm.
