About the property

Spacious well appointed townhouse, steps to the beach.

Drop off your luggage and head to the beach. Our recently updated townhome is located one block from the beach and right across from the King and Prince Hotel. It is a quick, easy walk to the beach via a paved sidewalk. Just one block in the other direction you will find some long time favorite restaurants, Crab Trap, Crab Daddy's and the Beachcomber Barbecue and Grill. You will also find Ocean Motion for any last minute beach needs, bicycle rentals or kayak rentals. St. Simons is a very friendly and relaxed vacation spot with plenty of great restaurants and activities for all ages. The Village, a popular place for shopping and dining, is a little more than one mile away and an easy bike ride. Neptune Park has a community pool, playground and putt-putt golf and is adjacent to the Village.

Our townhome is the perfect spot for a great family vacation. As you enter on the first floor you will find a king-size master suite with a small den. TVs are in both rooms making this floor perfect for grandparents or visiting friends.

Upstairs is the main living area. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with a brand new high efficiency washer and dryer. The living and dining area has plenty of room for meals, for relaxation while watching TV, or for reading. Through the sliding glass door is a deck nestled in the trees with wrought iron table and chairs. This is a great spot to sit back and relax after a fun day at the beach.

The third floor contains two bedrooms and two baths. In the main bedroom you will find a king-size bed, TV and double closets. A full bathroom with a walk in shower and double vanities is connected to the bedroom. There is entrance to this bath from the hall, providing easy access for guests on the top floor. In the second bedroom you will find twin beds, TV and double closets. The full bathroom connected to this bedroom has a bathtub. For your convenience there are plenty of towels and linens available.

The top floor is the ideal spot for older children. Here there are built in twin beds, which are perfect for lounging while watching TV, reading or playing games. Also on this floor is a sliding glass door opening to a roof top deck.

We have three bikes, several beach chairs and other beach toys available for your use.

Bringing the little ones? Baby equipment is available for rent during your stay through Coastal Concierge! Rental includes delivery upon arrival and pick-up.

Pack ‘N Play 10$ a day or 40$ a week.

Why The Owner chose Coastal Georgia

You cannot beat the location of our townhouse. Our townhouse is directly across from the King and Prince. It is a quick and easy walk via the King and Prince sidewalk to the beach. You don't have to worry about driving to the beach and finding a place to park. The sidewalk to the beach makes it easy for small children. For dining you can easily walk one block to Crab Trap, Beachcomer Barbecue or Crab Daddy's. If you don't want to get dressed up after a day on the beach just order take out and relax on the deck. If you want to go to The Village and not drive it is an easy bike ride or walk.

What makes this townhome unique

Plenty of room for everyone. The deck off the main floor is a great gathering spot to sit back and relax.

This was our first time vacationing on St. Simon Island. The house was perfectly located to the beach, the village, and the park. We had an easy commute to Jekyll Island, Fort Frederica, and Hampton Marina for a fishing trip.

Great Location, great place, great stay

The 4 level condo was conveniently located. Pros: The beds were comfortable, the place very clean and well appointed. The hosts were quick to respond and flexible with arrival. Directions for the house operations were very clear and posted on the refrigerator.

The ground level master suite is very spacious. It would be perfect for traveling with elderly parents. Cons: it is a 4 level walk up with the kitchen/living area on the second level. This may be difficult for some. Also, parking is tight due to a tree. We barely fit a small sedan and a midsize SUV. There is parking across the street but often all taken. Overall, this worked perfect for our group of 8. 4 adult women slept on the twin beds and the 2 couples each had own room. The outside deck with seating was very pleasant for breakfast. Bicycles were available but we did not use them. There is also a bike rental located 1 block away. Crab Daddy's restaurant was delicious. Grocery stores were under 10 min. drive. I would definitely stay again.
