Washington, DC – 2-Bedroom 2-Bath luxury apartment with living room queen sofa bed. The apartment is an upscale apartment in an upscale building, located in the center of the brand new CityCenterDC complex of buildings, trendy shops, and magnificent restaurants – right in the very center of Washington DC. It is located right in the heart of Washington DC near the Metro Center METRO Station - 2 Blocks from the Washington DC Convention Center and 2 blocks from the Verizon Center. It is walking to most major DC attractions, including the National Mall and the White House.

Apartment: It is a large apartment at over 1280 square feet - which is more than twice the size of a standard hotel room. The apartment is furnished with Executive level furniture and outfitted with a very comprehensive kitchen, linens, towels, and bedding package. You need nothing but your suitcase!

The full gourmet kitchen open floor plan includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, glass backsplashes, European style cabinets, and an island. The kitchen is outfitted with service for 8 and all kitchen cookware and utensils.

The living-dining-kitchen area features dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows with unparalleled views of Downtown DC., and Eco-friendly bamboo flooring. The dining area contains a large 6 chair dining table, a large sofa, and several very comfortable accent easy chairs. The apartment electronics include a 42' HD flat-screen Smart TV in Living Room and a 32" flat-screen TV in the Master Bedroom. There is all digital cable TV with all available HD channels. The apartment has its own dedicated router which supplies Wi-Fi to the entire apartment. There is also an iPod/iPhone ready CD stereo. The apartment is furnished with an Executive furniture package including a King size bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen Size bed in the Second Bedroom, and a very comfortable Queen Sleeper sofa in the Living Room. The bedrooms have ample walk-in closets. The elegant bathrooms feature porcelain flooring and wall tile, and double sink vanities. The Master bath has a separate walk-in shower and the second bath has a soaking tub/shower combination.

The utility closets contain personal in-apartment full-size washer and dryer, and among such accessories as a vacuum cleaner, broom, laundry basket, etc. The apartment has its own Central HVAC system with in-apartment controlled thermostat and its own dedicated hot water tank.

Exceptional Style, Location, and Amenities

My friend and I were exceptionally pleased with our experience renting this property. From the beginning, the reservation process was easy, and we received very prompt and clear communications from Mark (at Zen Hospitality) that enabled us to check-in in less than a minute. The apartment was well-appointed and comfortable, and the amenities such as pool, fitness center, and gorgeous rooftop patio were great. Being located in the heart of NW D.C. made for a vibrant stay, and we appreciated that a short walk would get us to two major Metro stations (Metro Center for R/B/O/S lines, and Gallery Place/Chinatown for the G/Y lines). If you stay in D.C. for a week, your lodging dollar is best spent on this apartment, and not on a hotel. When we return to D.C., we plan to stay here again, and highly recommend it.

Outstanding "Girls' Trip"!

Great location, very clean & updated. Mark was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with during the rental process. Lots of shopping, excellent restaurants, and so many wonderful places to visit in our nation's capital - we should've stayed longer! We will definitely stay here again.

Would stay here time and time again when visiting DC - great location, great apartment - everything we needed!! Very clean unit, kitchen was well stocked and GREAT customer service. A MUST STAY for those travelers looking for amenities you would have at home.

Absolutely perfect!

We had the best of everything here for our family of 5. Between two large bedrooms and a pull out sofa, there was plenty of sleeping room (and it was quiet too). The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. The views we had every morning from the nearly all glass floor to ceiling windows of this corner unit got us excited about starting our day each day in D.C. The fitness center was top notch. Finally, the location can't be beat--if we were up for a walk it took about 10-15 min to get to the mall and if not, the metro was just a couple of minutes away. The restaurants in this area were sooo good too. Can't say enough about how much we loved our stay here.

You will love it place!!

Perfect location, within walking distance of the Mall, 2 Metro stops, and plenty of restaurants.

The building and apartment were extremely clean and well maintained. GREAT neighborhood. The size and amenities were all as advertised.

The staff was very helpful and good the work with.

We would certainly stay again!!

Lovely place to stay!

Other reviewers mentioned most of what I wanted to say, but there were so many thoughtful details that were included--dish and hand soap, laundry detergent, laundry basket, extra trash bags, etc. Having the 24 hour concierge was wonderful as I could get packages delivered and they would securely store them. Amazon Prime Now will deliver groceries to your door there. I always felt very safe, even when I was there alone with my young son before my husband arrived. So close to the museums or access to all Metro lines, there wasn't a need for a car. It was the best parts of staying in a hotel and staying in an apartment combined. I left my driver's license behind and they even mailed it to me. Just a lovely place that made a very stressful trip much easier.
