Really liked this place, neat, clean, very good setup, enjoyed our stay. Near university, overlooks the park, easy walk to shops & restaurants nearby. Easy access to all the Washington DC sites for visiting. Thank you and hope to visit again.
This 1 bedroom apartment is surprisingly spacious, efficiently heated and very comfortable. The small kitchen is well-equipped. Its location in Georgetown is lovely, overlooking Rose Park; and simply walking around the nearby streets is most enjoyable. It's also close to shops and Metro at Dupont Circle. Highly recommended.
This apartment is in an excellent location and is just like as described. Very clean and has all that you need for your stay.
The owner provided outstanding customer service. We would definitely stay here again. A short walk to restaurants and public transportation. It's easy to catch a cab as well.
A great apartment in a great neighborhood. A very homey and cozy, real life feel. A great alternative to a hotel.
I travel to DC every 2 years for work and stay about a week. This was the first time I didn't stay in a hotel and what a GREAT decision that was! This place is absolutely perfect! It's located directly across the street from a park with a playground, tennis & basketball courts and dog park. A VERY SHORT and nice walk through the park and you're in the heart of Georgetown for shopping and dining. My wife an I walked to dinner and back each night of our trip. We didn't used the subway but there's a station really close by. The apartment itself had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to make breakfast before heading out each day in the kitchen (all supplies are provided), which saved at least $20-$30 a day if compared to staying in a hotel. In addition, you have all the amenities of home (Living area, separate bedroom, washing machine, you name it). This décor is very nice as well. If my arm was twisted and I HAD to say anything negative, it would be the noise from the stomping coming from upstairs. It started each morning around 5am. It sounded as is this person was running a marathon around his bed. Aside from that early wakeup (my wife minded more than I did since I'm usually up before then) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This will DEFINITELY be our go to choice when we return to DC!
