I built my house 2 years ago just because i want to create a space with tons of natural light and a open floor where the inside urban living integrates with the outside living of California.

Its by far the best location. I am close to everything thing you can think of, yet in a very tranquil, safe and clean street.

I design she to have the best "feng-shui" witch is a chinese philosophical system of harmonizing everyone with the surrounding environment.

The term "feng-shui" translates an "wind-water" in english.

The feng shui practice discusses architecture in metaphoric term of " invisible forces" that bind the universe, earth, and humanity together.

Weekly Jacuzzi+ Pool Fee $350
I want to maintain my house clean so I have a new rule where I kindly ask long term guests (10 nights or more) to allow the maid service come to clean the house once a week, the fee is $200 per cleaning paid directly to the maid. If you would like the maid service to come more often we can arrange that as well. The maid only cleans, she does not do personal laundry or cook.
Please respect my home like is your own and be careful with whom you bring back to the house, if anything breaks or goes missing from the house it will be deducted out of your deposit.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
