About Chris Fiore

My husband built this home for me. I grew up in a beach community just like Bonnet and I fell in love with the beach and the water views. In the warm weather we are outside all day and into the night.

Chris Fiore purchased this house in 2002

Why Chris Fiore chose Narragansett area

If you enjoy water sports this is the place for you. Surf , boogie board , swim , paddle boarding , kayaking , rowing ect

What makes this house unique

The sunsets are amazing everyday, and uniquely different. Swans battle for territory on the pond, and mallard duck are local favorites.

Picture Perfect!

  • 5 of 5

Just got back today from this PERFECT property! Six women on their annual long weekend, all of us happy:) The house is nestled in a sweet neighborhood, yet you feel total privacy in the back yard, on a beautiful pond. Swans, bunnies, red winged black birds, a little paradise. House is well designed with three floors, so you can have your own space too. The fire pit is awesome, such a nice way to spend the evenings. Easy walk to the beach and the owner, Chris, is a sweetheart!

Beautiful house for a girls getaway!

  • 5 of 5

We used the house for a Bachelorette party and it was perfect! The house is so nice and welcoming. Pictures don't do it justice. The outdoor space had everything you need. We especially loved the bar area and fire pit. Would definitely stay here again if an event arises. Chris was so sweet and helpful too! Thanks again!

Could not have been nicer !!

  • 5 of 5

8 of us celebrating a college graduation had a BLAST in this fabulous, large and extremely comfortable home. Well located, drove to all the local stores needed in just minutes. Great views off the back of the pond. All of us kayaked at least once. Fifteen minutes to Newport !! Chris met us at the home on time and gave us the tour. The firepit in the rear is the "must do" of the house. We did have some chilly evenings and this thing gives off a lot of heat. We all sat around, talked, laughed and generally had a great time !! Highly recommended !!

Simply Perfect choice!

  • 5 of 5

This home is loved and it shows. It does not have the telltale signs of having seen better days, and too much "rental-wear". The decorating, which sets the mood for me when I stay at a rental, is up-to-date and tasteful. The VRBO pictures are recent and accurately depict the condition of the house. The owner, Chris, as other reviewers have mentioned is very accommodating. Among multiple examples, she called us our first morning to make sure everything was ok, asked if we had our morning coffee, and upon realizing we hadn't yet picked up milk, delivered some herself (and started the coffee - who does that?!).

We celebrated our daughter's graduation from RIU here, and commemorated the occasion with a small dinner party (no 'keggers' allowed in this respectable neighborhood folks - don't). Our guests were very comfortable, and this house made hosting easy. The backyard patio was the perfect setting for young and (slightly:) older adults alike. The kayaks were used and enjoyed (bring water shoes/old flip flops;). We spent two memorable nights around the mesmerizing fire pit, talking with our friends and family which we will always cherish. This was a great choice. It gave us the opportunity to really relax, and comfortably celebrate, visit and enjoy the moment without the restrictions that a hotel offers.

Chris also did something you rarely get to experience with rentals. Perhaps due to unusual traffic conditions (multiple accidents enroute, at least 3 local college graduations, oyster festival and an air show all in one weekend) our trip to Rhode Island took close to 7 hours when it is normally 3.5. Chris let us spend extra time so we could go visit the Breakers with my mother-in-law, and leave at a leisurely, stress-less pace. Even though she had a rare gap of a few days before her next rental, she did not have to do that. THANK YOU CHRIS!! More memories were made in those extra hours! We will never forget our stay at your lovely home. XXOO Lee from NJ PS - CHRIS the new washer and dryer were great. So quiet I had to check twice to see if I put it on correctly!

Fabulous Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful spot!

  • 5 of 5

This was an ideal home for our family get-together. The house was perfect for our big group, with great gathering spaces, open floor design, deck, and lovely views of the pond with its Trumpeter swans. We even saw a kingfisher! We would have used the fire pit, but the weather was too damp. It was a short walk to the beach which was almost deserted and such fun for the little ones. The house was exceptionally clean and bedrooms were tastefully decorated with great beds and linens. The space was perfect for our family of two grandparents and our three daughters and spouses and their little ones. Rooms were uncluttered with plenty of floor space for one baby who has just learned to walk, and one baby learning to crawl. It was fun to prepare dinner in the big kitchen with space at the counter for people to talk. Dining room table was good size for eating and playing games. Chris was a great communicator before we arrived, and greeted us and showed us around. She provided some extra things that we needed...porta-crib, stroller, and mixer. We would have been very happy just staying at the house, but took excursions to Newport to the Aquarium and the Cliff Walk, and had a great Indian meal at Maharajah in Narragansett. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay here. It is a wonderful place to make memories. We took our family Christmas photo there on the deck with the pond, the grasses, and the setting sun!

Except for the weather, our visit was perfect!

  • 5 of 5

We were in town for our son's wedding, and this Bonnet Shores home was perfect for us. Chris has the home decorated beautifully and in immaculate condition. Even though the weather wasn't great, we thoroughly enjoyed all the outdoor spaces including the firepit and outdoor bar area. We would highly recommend this home! Thanks Chris for being so hospitable!

I do not rent to College students. This is a family vacation house that I lived in and Love. I have neighbors that are very close and will not tolerate loud parties or late nights.
