Perfect location for walking to wharf, park, uptown to shops. Great outside deck area with grill. Beautiful views of water and sunsets.

Clean - Owners could not have been nicer. Go see Michael at the wine store across the street!

Highly recommended!!

Awesome place and Great Location!!

  • 5 of 5

This place is fantastic. Very clean, open space with an awesome rooftop for great views of the sunset. The location was fantastic and the parking space was a really nice bonus. I'd highly recommend anyone traveling to the Newport area to stay here. Amy was very communicative and accommodating and made sure her guests had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing loft apartment in center of town

  • 5 of 5

We can't say enough good things about how amazing the 1 bedroom apartment was for our stay. It was located in the center of town, walking distance from tons of restaurants and shopping. Amy was an exceptional host and took great care of us. The apartment came stocked with everything you need to start your stay. The fresh flowers and furnishings made the apartment feel like a home. We enjoyed the views from the roof deck right outside the apartment. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Romantic Retreat

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed at the penthouse loft over Valentine's day weekend during the deep freeze. The owners were very prompt in responding to our last minute rental request and were very accommodating when we had technical difficulties with the lock box. They left many welcome additions to make our stay even more romantic. The flowers, cheese, wine, chocolate and bakery treats were greatly appreciated. The apartment is just as described and is incredibly spacious and well appointed. As noted in the description, the property does not have a full kitchen and there is no microwave, but there is a small counter appliance which does bake/toast. But you really don't visit Newport to cook when there are so many fabulous restaurants just outside the door! The radiator heat worked perfectly during our stay and kept us warm and cozy after braving the cold outside. The outdoor patio looked like it would be a lot of fun in warmer months. I can't stress how amazing the location of this property is! We fully intend to come back and enjoy walking around Newport when temperatures are not subzero. That being said, we did brave the cold for meals during our stay and walked to and from the apartment quite easily. I almost hesitate to write this review, as I don't want rental competition :) but this is truly a gem of a property that should not be missed! Newport is one of our favorite places to visit and we won't hesitate to return to this property on our future adventures.
