Our property is on a quiet street close to the beach. There is a yard where children can play. Each room has lots of natural light.
Quiet place-no neighbors to bother you. Property was pristine, come here every year. Kids are growing up and enjoying everything that's here. Owners couldn't do enough to make you feel at home. Love the owners.
Our family was pretty excited to be close to the beach for our vacation. It was about a 7-10 minute walk through the paths, so it makes walking doable. The house was a good size for our family and had a decent size yard to enjoy. The yard recently had some work, which we were not informed about, so it was hard make good use of it while we were there. Love the clothes line though! Although the house was equipped with most everything we needed, it was not very clean, which made it uncomfortable to eat and cook. There are so many fantastic places to eat in the area that it wasnt a big issue, but to able to bbq would have been nice too. My suggestion would be to hire a cleaning services in between stays to eliminate the dog hair and odors and keep things cleaner. Its a great house in a quiet neighborhood, just needs some TLC!!
Excellent yard for picnics and yard games, house well equipped with everything. Nice quiet lovely neighborhood walking distance from the beach. Although generally speaking the place was dirty. Moldy shower curtain, pet odor with animal hair all over the carpet, bath and kitchen towels old stained and grungy, filthy floor throughout. Because the place was so dirty I was nervous about cleanliness of blankets and bedding
