I grew up here. I love the beach! It is a dream come true to have our relaxing and special place on the Gulf of Mexico.
We ride bikes all over the island. Long slow walks on the beach are a relaxing treat. The lobster bisque at Hemingway's is great! Ft. Pickens is a cool way to check out island history. No trip is complete without a stop at Krispy Kreme, McGuire's and Jerry's Drive-in, all located in Pensacola proper.
I am very interested in this home for our vacation. I emailed the manager about our inquiry a couple of weeks ago and then heard back from her that same day. That was the 9th and I haven't heard back from her since then and i have reached out several times. Is there another way to get in touch with them? I have called/emailed the information that is provided.
I have been visiting this property for several years, and am happy each time. Location is wonderful, beach is not crowded and close to amenities on Pensacola Beach. We enjoy sitting on the back deck in the evenings. The kitchen continues to be well stocked for home cooked meals. All positive things with this place! Every year we go to Flounders, Hemingways, and Jerry's Drive-In. Fort Pickens is always a great place to visit. Great place for a girls gathering!
I currently live in Northern Virginia but I grew up in Pensacola. I had an idea where I wanted to stay on the beach. My father also lives on the beach. The location is perfect, just a stone through from the sugar white sandy beach. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for the four of us. It had all of the amenities needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the ducks in the morning. In May there is a free trolley ride that you can hop on and off so you do not have to worry about driving to the restaurants and shops; however, if you are there off season, you will want to have a car. It's nice to have a garage, especially in the summer. We are already planning another visit there next spring. I would highly recommend this place!
I took my 2 adult daughters for a week to Pensacola Beach, it was one of the best times of my life! This was our first adult vacation and first trip to the Gulf of Mexico, it was full of fun and memories. The house was great, cooked a lot, ate a lot of seafood. Totally enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and the beautiful white sands. Shelling was great, our bags were full every morning with the prettiest shells ever. The unit had a well stocked kitchen with every thing you need for a gourmet stay. The beds are comfortable and the back deck was very inviting. The unit was beautifully decorated and felt like home away from home. One daughter is returning soon and the other is fitting it into her yearly schedule. I hope they invite me back!
I have stayed at this lovely home before on girl trips, so when I decided to take my grandchildren to the gulf coast, the first thing I did was book this condo for our beach vacation. I knew the lay out was perfect for our family, the kitchen- so usable it made cooking on vacation a breeze. Landan, age 12, called the condo Epic! Tristan, age 11, couldn't believe the sand actually squeeked as he walked on the beach. We all enjoyed the beautiful swimming pools, kicking back on the deck, and even quiet time in the beautifully decorated bedrooms was awesome. Out trip was spectacular in part because of the centrally located, lovely place we called home for a week.
I have returned to this condo on several occasions. It is such a comfortable place to stay. I love that the beach is located so near the condo. Nothing like the sugar sands of the Gulf. Although there are many places in Pensacola Beach to eat, the kitchen in this unit make it a please to prepare meals. Sitting and relaxing on the back deck in the am with coffee and in the evening after a day on the beach is another enjoyable aspect. The songs of the tree frogs are amazing!! It is a spacious place, and never feels cramped. I highly recommend checking it out!
This home is located 202 steps to the Gulf of Mexico, it is on the east end of the island.

We use a rental agency. Half of balance due at reservation and other half due 30 days out from vacation date.
