Driving up you will find a beautifully landscaped entry with palm trees highlighting the beauty of this sleek stucco building accented by a ceramic tile roof. This beautifully redone 4 plex offers a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unity with a sleek and modern feel. The master bedroom features a king sized bed while the 2nd bedroom offers twin beds. Our bathrooms feature decorative sinks and beautifully tiled showers to prepare for your night on the town. The kitchens have new stainless steel appliances including full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender (for Pina Coladas & Margaritas) as well as dishes and pots and pans needed for your stay. Each unit has central heating & air conditioning and plenty of closet space. We have carefully chosen to provide a fresh, inviting atmosphere by completely renovating the inside and outside of these units. It is conveniently located with easy access to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. With a semi-private pool for guests of the four units and you will find this relaxing getaway great for couples, families or small groups seeking the adventures of South Padre Island.

Subsequently I moved to the SPI area to be close to my daughter and the island. Very clean, spacious property that is one of the few two story 3 bedroom rentals that offer 2 master suites spacious closets and 3 1/2 bathrooms. We have all the appliances and conveniences of home. We are close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Steps away from the free island bus service. Additionally, multiple parties can rent the other 3 bedroom or one of the two two bedrooms giving families that additional privacy while still keeping the families and kids together. Collectively the close to 6,800 square feet plus huge balconies, semi-private pool offers a relaxing setting you are sure to enjoy.

Family Fun! Great Location and Owner was Helpful

Had 2 of the Condos and Family in another and being so close to each other was great. The condos were clean and had everything we needed for the family for our stay. CVS right across the street for what we needed. Beach was walking distance. Pool in the back was great for the Family! Overall stay was very nice, comfortable and would stay there again. SPI has always been our favorite Family vacation location and this condo makes it so much easier to know we can book again.

Okay stay.

The location was excellent. Near the beach, dining and shopping. However, the beds were really hard. During our stay, the leather sofa (which was the most comfortable sleeping area) was switched out for a stained cloth sofa, that my son refused to sleep on. The a/c wasn't really cold even though we lowered the temp, it was usually very humid inside of the condo.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your feedback. We apologize for having to take the couch out temporarily for some upholstery work. It should be ready to go back in the unit on Monday. Unfortunately this time of year there are no real good times for maintenance items like this. We had the AC serviced after hearing of your experience. The island is a top fishing destination where one can surf fish, wade fish in the bay, or book one of the many party boats for gulf or bay fishing. Some may desire a more personalized fishing experience and book with one of the many captains available for deep sea fishing. The island also offers a variety of water sports; kayaking, para-sailing, surfing, wind surfing, jet skiing and many more. Great shopping in the stores in Port Isabel and on the Island. Very. Discover the difference the changing season bring, visit the nature and birding center, view the turtles coming ashore and see nature at its best.
