This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone in Kilometer 11.5, with 24 hour security and 2,150 sq ft or 200 M2 of living space,, 3 bedrooms each with a full bath, living, dining, family room with bar area, laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, free WIFI internet (bring your laptop), satelite TV (local programming), a balcony and patio with a charcoal BBQ facing the beach, walk out of your front door take a few steps and will be at the beach parking (however a car is not needed) a swimming pool within 5 steps away from our glorious blue turquoise beach.

We have loungers, tables, beach umbrellas and restaurant service by the beach.

We have 10 other units available and will be able to accommodate you and your family depending in your group size and budget.

We are a family place, no spring or summer breakers.

Brisas del Caribe is a low rise (3 Stories)building with only 12 units.

Activities all around include: Golf, Water Sports, Movies, Restaurants, Nightlife, Tours to Chichen Itza, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel and many more,

We have a mini-market,across the street where you can buy snacks, milk and other essentials, a bank, pharmacy, restaurants, the supermarket is only 1.5 miles from the apartments, the bus system is excellent and there is no need to rent a car however if you choose to do so we have parking available..

Excellent location..great people

Our family loved staying right on the beach. The staff that maintains the condos and provides security was amazing! They made us feel very comfortable. It's only 15 pesos to ride the bus and there are very close bus stops. No need for a car.There is a bank across the street so don't convert money at airport. Most places take us dollars. They do charge extra to use credit cards at some restaurants. The condo had plenty of room we loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. The balcony was great for mornings and evenings to catch sunrise and sunset. Anabel was very helpful and welcoming. She provided great instructions and suggestions. I would definately recommend this place to my friends and family. We had a group of 7 and had plenty of room.

Spacious and welcoming

We had a very lovely time at the condo. My adult daughters and their families joined us and there was plenty of room. Having the beach right there a few steps away was very convenient. We would definitely go back.

Cancellation policy: If cancelled from date of reservation to 91 days prior to arrival date $300.00 USD cancellation fee will be charged, If cancelled between 90 days to arrival date, No refund unless unit is re-rented, in the case is re-rented there will be $300.00 cancellation fee.
